'The home was very spacious and equipped with additional household items. It was a very pleasant surprise! This was a family trip for a graduation and the size and parking was perfect for a large family. Everything was clean inside and outside. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay again! '

'I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. '

'We came to Tampa for 2 days and this was a great place to stay with the family. The place is clean and fresh and the pool was crystal clear. Ryan, the owner, was very easy to reach and was very accommodating. The pool table and giant projector screen made it extra fun!'

'Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. 'The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is.'
