Zeer comfortabel voor twee koppels of 4 personen met voldoende ruimte om te spreiden. Boek direct deze mooie Central Finger Lakes van New York Flat. Deze grote flat met twee slaapkamers (queensize bedden) op 30 minuten van de internationale luchthaven Hancock in Syracuse heeft alles wat u nodig hebt schoon en klaar om u te helpen genieten van uw vakantie. Volledig ingerichte keuken, comfortabele, schone slaapkamers en een woonkamer en eetkamer. Dit heeft geen van onze persoonlijke eigendommen in de flat. Roku Smart TV beschikt over WiFi, Netflix enz.   Deze flat is schoon en overzichtelijk met comfortabele queensize bedden en tafels groot genoeg voor 5 in de keuken en eetkamer. Het is warm en comfortabel in de winter met centrale verwarming en plafondventilatoren.
Je hebt een prachtige tweede verdieping veranda om te genieten van de avonden. Slechts een paar blokken van het historische centrum van Auburn, restaurants, Wegmans Market (biologisch en glutenvrij) en coffeeshops. Dit is een woonwijk, veilig en stil. Parkeren op het terrein voor een auto of parkeren op straat voor een groep. Goede buurt, overal naartoe lopen. Bezoek Skaneateles op slechts 6 minuten afstand.

Booked the house for a surprise anniversary present to my parents. They live in the area but not enough room at their house for the whole family. The house fit the needs of our group including the toddler with a baby gate, high chair & pack ‘n play. We had plenty of room and never felt like we were on top of each other. We enjoyed the provided entertainment from the tv to the card games to the selection of kids books for the little one. Parking was easy and the house was close to town if we needed anything. I reached out to the owner multiple times and she was very accommodating!!

Perfect for a wedding weekend

Our daughter was getting married and we needed a place to stay in Auburn. It worked out perfect for her to get ready before the wedding and was conveniently located near her hair stylist. Great stay, would repeat!

My wife and I spent a lovely Labor Day weekend in this quaint apartment on the second story of a 19th-century house. The apartment was larger than anticipated, spotless, and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, and Dene was a great communicator and very accommodating giving us great recommendations for cycling routes and restaurants. I would stay here again if visiting the region! Thank you Dene for being such a great host!

Great Location to Visit Auburn and Skaneateles

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in July to attend the Skaneateles Antique and Classic Boat show. Dene's apartment is on the second floor of a late 19th century house with lots of character. The check-in instructions were clear and concise and we had no trouble finding the property or where to park. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook breakfast each morning. We were especially excited to find a dish pan under the kitchen sink and nightlights around the apartment (as these features have been missing in other properties we rented). The bedroom located off the kitchen had the most comfortable mattress too. The tenants downstairs were quiet and we did not hear them during our stay. If we are in the area again, we would not hestiate to stay here again! Thanks Dene!

Dene went above and beyond

When we entered the apartment, we noticed that housekeeping had not cleaned after the previous tenants had left. Of course, after being on the road for 6 hours, paying for a cleaning fee, and handling my tired 8 year old daughter, we were pretty upset. How did this happen? The apartment and Dene had great reviews and no one complained of uncleanliness. I messaged Dene after cleaning up, telling her we were very disappointed. Dene messaged me back and called my cell within 30 minutes of my complaint. She was very apologetic and explained there had been a mix up with housekeeping. She offered to make it right by refunding our cleaning fee (fair/good customer service) and buying us dinner that night (above and beyond customer service)! Dene suggested a nice, waterfront restaurant in Skaneateles. When we arrived, a gift certificate was waiting at the front desk under my name and the generous amount more than covered what a dinner for 2 adults and 1 child needed. We had a delicious dinner and then walked to the dock to watch the water and sunset. Much to our delight, a rainbow was in the sky! We took pictures and dipped our toes in the lake. What a lovely and picturesque scene we will always remember! Thank you Dene for being a fabulous host, treating us to a wonderful meal, and helping us make a family memory. You more than made up for the housekeeping mix-up and increased our enjoyment of our trip to boot!

This was a great location if you are looking to stay in the FingerLakes region. Dene was great to work with. Excellent communication. Check in was a breeze. The place was much larger than we respected and super clean. It was easy to get around town from this location. The beds were very comfortable too. Looking forward to staying there again sometime.
