Villa La Plage is a fabulous seaside property overlooking the renowned beach of Fontane Bianche, one of the most popular seaside resorts on the eastern coast of Sicily.
Surrounded by a well tended garden, this exclusive villa offers wide, panoramic terraces, a dining area with outdoor kitchen and a private access to the beautiful beach of fine sand.

Recently built, La Plage is characterized by its modern architecture and large indoor and outdoor spaces.

All rooms have air conditioning. Moreover Sicily's most beautiful south-eastern towns are only a few kilometres away from the villa, such as Syracuse, the baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also Taormina and the Mount Etna.

For stays longer than one week, on the first Saturday after your arrival we offer 4 hours of housekeeping service in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
