Right off highway close to lots of dining options. When we checked in the computer system was down so they had to refer to our Expedia oozing on the app, but all okay. Allocated a Queen on second floor but after a while the people next door had very noisy kids and I went to reception to ask if it was possible to move rooms. They did so very efficiently and without a fuss. The room had 2 queen beds which were quite noisy when turning on them during the night! There was a fridge and microwave with desk, and additional table and chairs. Bathroom was small but adequate although the shower was poor and probably could benefit from a good descaling to allow the water through. Breakfast was good with hot options such as scrambled eggs, ham and potatoes as well as toast, muffins etc.

Liked continental breakfast offered. Enjoyed & liked having coffee maker with coffee & fixings, toaster & frisge with freezer pkus toietries. Just no body lotion offered which was disappointing. Very clean hotel. Would recommend to others.

It was a great bed, great pillows, great breakfast…room was very comfortable but little signs of uncleanliness but nothing to say it wasn’t clean and comfortable.

No Tap at the front desk point of sale machine. A damage deposit was requested when i arrived even though i had already prepaid for the room. i should have just be given a key card .

Sorry for confusion. Your payment was pre-paid but that was not included any incidential(including security deposit). That is a common for all motel. We just updraged to new card terminal to use tapping function. Hope you fell better after understanding this process.

We are sorry to hear your comments. If you feel inconvenience, we should improve it for the futrue. Additionally, your reseravtion was 1 Queen bed(2nd floor) which is different from a Pet room(Deluxe room, 2 Queen beds, ground floor(Drive up, Pet friendly) and The price difference will be 30 including pet fee. You may review Expedia web site as a reference. Hope this explanation would ease you inconvenience, too.

We were very happy with our room. Perfect for a one night stay. Clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate although room was cool therefore cooled off the food. Handy to everything. Smitty's Restaurant and Shell station are right next door. Quiet hotel and no loud noises from semis on highway. This is our 2nd time to stay here.

When I booked the room through Expedia, I deliberately filtered properties that were Pet Friendly. S8 was one that appeared. Upon check in, I was told that since I didn't say that I was bringing a pet, I wasn't allowed to stay in the 2nd floor room that was booked. They charged me another $10 to change the room to a ground floor, plus an additional $20 for having a pet. I paid the additional charges on my credit card. The following morning after I checked out I received a call from the manager claiming I didn't pay the additional $30, which I said I did using the credit card terminal at the front desk. I had to confirm with my online credit card transaction to confirm that I had paid. Which, when asked if he checked the transactions on his debit machine, he was able to admit. I tried to explain 5 times, but he wouldn't listen. Eventually he confirmed I had paid. This place was unprofessional and poorly maintained.

But our web site is very cleary description for each room type.- Your reservation room : 2 Queen bed(2nd floor) 117- Delux room, 2 Queen bed, ground floor(drive up) 127- Delux room, 2 Queen bed, ground floor (Drive up/pet friendly) 147Luckily we were able to move the room for you and you had to pay an additional 30 as per price tag(this is example and today price). You had to look more carefully abd have to mentioned when you brought a dog. There may be a problem in our motel, as well as, other pet friedly motel. Most of motel is not open all room for pet frieldly room. It is a limited. We applogized to confused your payment history, again. That was a our staff mistake. Hope you understand whole situation and see you next time. We would provide better service to you.
