'This home was perfect for our little family Christmas. I felt the location was perfectly placed between Winter Park and Granby. Everything you need is within 15 minutes but the home has unobstructed nature and mountain views. It was nice being able to take advantage of the fireplace and hot tub. The rooms were good sized and bathrooms were toasty warm. We are super grateful the home is pet friendly. Also, being able to park in the garage is a huge plus! '

'The home itself was lovely with incredible potential. The home seemed very new with some details not addressed (toilet handle falling off, doors that were not plumbed or hung correctly so would not close) Dirty non laundered blankets, air fryer had old food in it...) and in need of a pest control service. The upstairs loft with 4 beds has no window coverings and it is impossible to sleep beyond sunrise. However, the home layout and decor is quite tasteful and modern. It could be stunning...
