'This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.'

'For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30. For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack. 'Echt een leuke accommodatie die er goed en gezellig uitziet. Zelf inchecken met code maar we waren vroeg en ze waren nog volop bezig met de schoonmaak. Vriendelijke dames. Leuk gelegen in een klein dorpje vlakbij Pikes Peak en de Garden of Gods. Geen ontbijt maar wel een koelkast. Het enige wat voor ons tegenviel was de grootte van het bed. Die was echt te klein voor ons. Wij zijn wat langer en hebben dus 2 nachten echt oncomfortabel geslapen. Als het bed groter geweest zou zijn dan hadden we...

'Lovely stay. The unit has a great layout with a very functional small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and large tub/shower. Great natural light and lots of light fixtures for evening illumination. Good communication with the owner and a prompt response to the one question I had. I will absolutely book this space if it's available on my next trip to Denver.'

'Shari’s property was so lovely. Off the bat, communication with Shari was excellent. She even accommodated our early check in request. The Grandview Mesa was spotless, well stocked with pillows/blankets, coffee, water, bathroom products and much more. The view- so stunning. Parking a breeze. And so close to all of the wonderful Manitou Spring offerings. Whether you want a place to just rest your head, or to cozy up for a few days, Grandview Mesa is the spot. And my god was that bed comfortable. '
