'The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back...

'The property was well maintained. Clean for the most part except the fish scales on the table outside. May consider getting new dishes-looks like guests dont use the right utensils. Hot tub was great after a long day. Only comment would be to level it a little. Water would pour out one side when more than one person was in it. We truly enjoyed our stay in Estes Park and Hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved the proximity of the unit to the National Park and the visitor we had each...

'So much fun being in Steamboat during the summer. Lots to do for all ages and tons of places to eat! Highly recommend this lodge. It’s close to the village and very accessible to roads for getting out and about. No A/C but no surprise there. Just keep the fans on and windows open! It gets cool in the evenings.'
