'This was a beautifully decorated cabin that has everything you need. Perfect location for skiing at Loveland. Can't wait to come back again sometime!'

'We loved the house. There was room for everyone to have their own space, and the kids really enjoyed the video game in the garage, as well as the lofts in the bedrooms. The house is well stocked, with thoughtful amenities, and the location is beautiful. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short because the electricity was cut by the power company, out of caution for the high winds and fire danger.'

'Great stay -- had everything we needed for our week in RMNP. Well supplied, plenty of spices and staple food ingredients, long kitchen table had space for 10+ people! Cabin was turnkey: potbelly stove with plenty of firewood, small fans in the bedrooms for white noise, sleds for the hill behind the house, open kitchen with large pots and pans for large group cooking...and even a boot dryer. Loved it, we'll be back.'

'Not sure what to say that hasn't already been covered already - this place is wonderful. We ended up staying inside due to some pretty horrible weather, and we were fine with that! The kitchen is well appointed, beds and lounge areas are comfy, we even did a sauna & cold bath dip in the master bathroom. Not difficult to get to, but feels worlds away. We will definitely be back.'

'Lots of space for different couples; nicely stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, and utensils needed; hot tub worked great, quiet, but parking very limited for a large group. Ski shuttle is not very close by - a solid ten minute walk down a hill (in ski boots with gear) and then up the hill after skiing - not ideal. We ended up driving to resort. Easy in and out - will book again in future.'

'The property is as advertised. Close to town and RMNP but located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything that we needed to make meals. We would recommend it again for a stay up in Grand Lake.'

'We absolutely loved our time here! We booked literally last minute. Communication was quick and check in/out was super easy. We had everything we needed plus some fun extras; like games! The only recommendation I would have is if you are coming during the winter grab a 4 wheel drive vehicle, the driveway is pretty steep. However, there are shovels and sand provided by the owners (but 4 wheel drive saves a little extra work lol) We would totally stay here again! Thanks for everything Scott'

'We liked this cabin a lot -- the kitchen had modern appliances and the dining area and living room were open spaces that created a feeling of spaciousness. A couple of deer walked by the back of the lot on our first day and that's always nice. It's a bit disconcerting when you walk around the cabin at night since there are no curtains at the front of the house. One must be discrete! The bedroom was stuffy and we were unable to open the windows in that room. We solved that problem by opening both...

There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. (haven’t decided yet if we actually want to share this treasure with the kids or not!) It was worth every penny!'
