'Arnold en Carla hebben hun zaakjes goed voor elkaar. De Casita is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig ingericht. Enkele extra pluspunten: keuken klein, maar prima uitgerust. Bedden voortreffelijk en overal zon rondom het huisje wat belangrijk is in de winterperiode. De pelletkachel komt dan ook goed van pas. Arnold en Carla gaven welkome tips en stonden voor ons klaar. 'When we arrived at the location we struggled to find it as from the road the property looked abandoned. Once keys were handed over and we had a look around the villa does have lots of great character and the potential to be a fantastic holiday home but it does require a LOT of TLC. We were disappointed with not being able to use one of the bedrooms and bathroom’s during our stay. Due to one bedroom being locked and the bathroom being unable to use due to the shower screen not being fixed...

Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. Im Wohnraum gab es keine Toilette. Der Aufgang zum Schlafraum hatte keinerlei Haltemöglichkeiten , keine Geländer im gewendelten Aufgang.
