'I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!'

'Front desk helpful in arranging the return of a cellphone left in a cab as well as transportation to the airport with a shuttle for 9 people and luggage. There was VERY loud music played in the lobby and the rooms just off the lobby vibrated with it. More of a nightclub vibe than a hotel. The rooms are not very soundproof. 'The property location is excellent. What I found challenging was the room. The internet was not working sometimes and the water went down and so we did not have water a few times and there was no hot water in the shower sometimes and the room had no refrigerator or microwave and there was no phone to call the front desk in the room.
