'I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water. We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...

'It’s a decent hotel for a decent price. Within 2 minutes you are at the main road along the beach. The swimming pool is perfect. The only thing they could improve is plastic loungers instead of wooden. '

'The staff was fantastic and truly made our stay enjoyable. The food was okay definitely edible but it could use more variety. The drinks were decent, but the liquor selection seemed to be on the cheaper side, and there weren't many options available. The pool was nice but smaller and shallower than expected.
