'Problems with key card not working. It was updated three times. Still had problems getting out of the parking lot at checkout.
Breakfast not included.
Only one hand towel. Housekeeping never came in to straighten up one day or provide replacement towels.
Not a lot of lights (small ones on desk and at nightstand). Only one floor lamp near chair by window. Lights in bathroom, closet area and refreshment area.
Front desk staff was very helpful as I had to extend my stay an extra day.'

'The staff was quite accommodating. I selected this hotel because of the reviews by other guests. What I missed was how much of a family and animal oriented the hotel was. Children in the hall at night playing, dogs barking and doors slamming. My room was next to the dining area and every morning I was awaken by doors slamming. 'Room was clean, with a nice view. Staff, well dressed, polite. Breakfast you have to make sure you get a card with your stay so you can get the breakfast in the morning. (Pay extra) air conditioner barely worked it was hot in our room with the AC all the way up. The valet messed with the settings in my car, that was another 67 dollars for over night parking. Plus they hold 100 dollars from your account on the room if you break anything. If I was aware of any of this I would not have stayed here...
