'Easy check in and check out for a short stay. There is a washing machine but no dryer.'

'Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...

'The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and public transport into Leeds / harrogate if needed. The furnishing in the apartment is a little sparse, working hours would have benefited from a dining table. But if you’re planning to be out and about all day this is a great place to stay. '

'The property is on the ground floor with about 3 steps to the door itself, check in was a breeze with a lockbox and codes provided for entry into the building. The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space. Only niggle on a great stay was the doors having a life...

'Muy buena ubicación, bonito departamento, pero el wc estaba sucio sin bajarle, unas sábanas con cabellos y no tenía amenidades indispensables cómo shampoo y suficiente papel del baño para solo dos noches. El car Park sugerido costaba más de 100 libras por dos noches, sugerimos el Q Park, misma distancia y mitad de precio'

'Great location. Just a note that there is no AC, the windows only crack open and there was only one small fan. Another fan would be nice for when the temp gets above 30C. No usb ports so bring regular power cord.'

'A great location and a nice place to stay'

'The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). Communication with them is extremely poor because it is largely through an AI assistant - and when you...

'Great location! The apartment was very clean with everything we needed. Communication and instructions were excellent and the apartment complex was quiet.'

'Great location and helpful attentive owners.'
