Other things to note
• In light to the "Alleged" theft incident review by Ms. Nobleza. Despite her being liable with her own stuff, we improved our security by upgrading outdoor cameras into 4K (Indoor cameras are still turned off for privacy).

Hence, we guarantee with our twenty 5-star reviews that our place is safe, but please remember to keep an eye on your belongings and stay vigilant even in Tagaytay city.

• Swimming pool is not heated because my British Tito wants to enjoy the cold climate in Tagaytay. Manila is too hot for us already.

• Check-in 3pm/Check-out 12pm.

• Karaoke updated as of March 2022 with Zack Tabudlo and Kpop songs like Butter by BTS.

• We encourage guests to bring their own towels to minimize the transmission of Covid-19, also protecting our cleaners and guests.

• Due to the recent earthquake, the water pressure is sometimes inconsistent. However, we will fill up the water tank in case of weak pressure.

• 3 AC rooms: Master's room with king and bunk bed, Queen bed room and Double bed room and . No AC room with fan: Downstairs room with bunk bed. (Note: We're 18-20 degrees here, sometimes our guests won't use AC to feel the natural cold air.)

• LPG cooking fee P300 and Drinking water P50/5 gallon although we will provide one 5gal of drinking water for free.

• We do love pets however we charge P300 per pet because we have to spend more time cleaning pethairs for the next guest.

• 10PM quiet time as we follow the barangay ordinance. Let's enjoy our peaceful sanctuary for Manila is too noisy already.

• We are near Amira Buco Tart Haus - Tagaytay, Fora Mall and Ayala Mall Serin. Just search "Lemon House by CA" via gmaps or waze.
