'Awesome'

'A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted...

'The room had been neglected before we came to stay here. There were ants crawling around the whole room and a couple cockroaches and centipede as well. We had to ask for the room the be cleaned because of this. When we brought our concerns to the staff they did not seem to care about their guests concerns. They ended up cleaning it but they came back and even ended up in our food. We requested a refund not only because it wasn’t clean but it was a far way from the beach strip, nothing was done...

'Mooie Hotelkamer was goed in orde met balkon met uitzicht op de golf course. Schoon en alles was er. het vervoer over het hele terrein was uitstekend geregeld, en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het is een prachtige tropische rustige plek aan zee. En heerlijk eten in gezellige restaurants. Unique. We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad '

'The entire property looks abandoned. It was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes because the attendant smokes freely inside the building. The room itself was disgusting — spiderwebs everywhere, mold in the bathroom, a filthy shower covered in soap scum, and grimy mirrors. There was even a rusted hole in the wall near the headboard of the bed. On top of that, the WiFi was so slow it was essentially unusable. Save your money and stay somewhere else.'

'This was a lovely, quiet place to stay on the island with a family with lots of easy amenities. The price for families from the US will feel super cheap even if you eat room service, poolside etc throughout your stay. The spa massages are great and really cheap (like $70 with a tip for a great 90 minute massage so def check it out!) The offsite water sports are very overpriced onsite though so head into town in a tuk tuk and arrange with an agency. '

'Check in was fast, no wifi in room and very poor wifi facility, beds very hard and uncomfortable, too big facility for breakfast space (always crowded), breakfast poor choices every day same, restaurant not worth dining, always need shuttle to station 1,2 for dinner choices, beach puka very nice and clean only by shuttle. Hotel need renovation and wifi services, comfort matrasses and swimming pool adjust to size of hotel (too full in high season)'

'Nice secluded spot a short walk from Diniwid Beach. Awesome staff and cute dogs on the property. Great value for the price. Only downside is it's about a half hour walk to get to the busier part of the beach if that is what you are seeking on your stay. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax in Boracay! Would definitely stay again. :-)'

'Breakfast was solid—about half the time we ate there (2 out of 4 days), it was really good. The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup...
