'Very good hotel!'

'New Facility 3 months old. Staff went out of their way to support any and every request. A beautiful hotel w 3 pools, wide open spaces and many many each chairs and beds to relax in. Next to other high end hotels, this Marriott surpasses its neighbours with nicer furnishings and updated amenities. Steps from the beach and showers at the beach side entrance, from ocean to pool or room is effortless. The rooms are generous and comfortable with lovely linens. And the breakfast was excellent,...

'Friendly staff'

'The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!'

'l'appartement était impeccable, bien équipé et très confortable. La localisation était idéale pour nous, proche de la plage ainsi que la piscine. Le personnel étaient disponibles et attentifs. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un séjour dans un cadre paisible.'

'Not at all a 5 star imo, instant coffee, limited towels, no robe, no slippers, limited and old tv, cheap, lounging towels, very cheap loungers (other than the beds) but most of all the restaurants are overpriced and very limited and low quality (although designed nicely). Low skilled chefs (8min omelette :D ) and Breakfast gets tired after a week and one night i actually got food poisoining this issue is exacerbated with its remote location. Despite all this, I didnt have a bad stay, service...

'Het is een prachtig hotel maar helaas is het personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk. Het buffet is niet voldoende gevarieerd. Je krijgt vaak hetzelfde voorgeschoteld. Het verwarmd zwembad werd gedurende 4 dagen niet verwarmd waardoor het water ijskoud was. Kinderen moesten telkens naar het binnenzwembad. De avondshows waren ook niet van een hoog niveau. Voor de rest viel het hotel best mee.'

'Wij hebben hier 15 dagen gezeten en we hebben genoten. Kamers zijn schoon, ontzettend lief en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid vers ontbijt. Wij komen zeker weer terug'

'Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un environnement calme, idéal pour se reposer. Toutefois, il est un peu excentré : une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement des environs. Dans l’ensemble, bon séjour. Je donnerais une note entre 7 et 8 sur 10.'

'The advertisement/pictures on Expedia about the property were false/ misleading. Broken furniture, cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bedroom. No checkin station, no info about the property. Neither myself nor Expedia agents were able to communicate with the property manager! Wish there was an option to zero star!! Worst experience with any stay'
