It's a very old hotel from 1897 which was restored back into its earlier grandeur in the early 1980s, The decor, woodwork and attention to detail throughout the hotel is like stepping way back in time yet it provides modern conveniences, like up to date, on-suite bathrooms, comfortable beds and insulated windows. 'Rooms were quiet. Great breakfast; lots of protein options! We were in a pet friendly room on ground level and it was very clean. We had a room with 2 doubles and one mattress was collapsing around the edges. I was able to sleep in the middle but if 2 adults were in that bed you might just roll off the side lol. Also found the polyester filled comforters really hot (but menopause is a beast that way HaHa!!) Staff was FANTASTIC! Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. '

'GG was the nicest hostess and very helpful. Hotel is an old building but very updated boutique style hotel, central to the main Baker Street. Limited parking but free parking on the street overnight. Would stay here again. '
