'We’ve stayed here before and absolutely love the location, the hot tubs, and the vibe. We will return, but there is definitely some room for improvement.
1. The linens bag for the futon was missing a sheet. Just one sheet in the bag.
2. Behind the futon is gross, dirty with trash still there.
3. Microwave had a plate of chicken from previous guests. Still there.
4. Mold at the base of the shower is out of control.
5. They are not onsite and have a chat system on Expedia to message, but they...

'We loved it. It was perfect for what we needed. The check in couldn't be easier. The host was a wonderful gentleman with good suggestions. The patio is wonderful to sit and have coffee while looking at the mountains (which you can't beat!). It had everything needed to cook, relax, sleep and enjoy the area. We highly recommend.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a family vibe to it. Looks like they have made upgrades. Being set back from the road was nice. Parking lot filled up at night but we were never without a spot. Quiet hours were kept at the 10 pm hour. AC can be loud if you're a quiet sleeper bring ear plugs, we enjoy the noise so it was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room felt spciouse. WIFI worked great. Nice that the mini fridge has a freezer. Laundry on site, we didn't use. Office hours 8 am to 10pm. Call for...

'The room is clean, but it has a musty smell. The bath towels are stained, and there was poor communication. I was supposed to get email 24 hours in advance to check in, but I didn’t, so I had to call the host. Thankfully, she replied promptly. Other than that, the room is quiet, and the price is reasonable.'
