Great location, next to metro station so good access to the other parts of the city. Close enough to Sanlitun shopping areas without being directly in the super busy zone. 'The receptionists were friendly and extremely helpful. They assisted us in receiving our parcels from Taobao and Meituan, and even arranged for delivery robots to send our Meituan food orders directly to our room. The housekeeping staff cleaned our room and changed the towels and bedsheets daily, which was especially appreciated as we were traveling with a young toddler who occasionally had diaper leaks and spilled milk. The doormen were also very warm and attentive. They always helped to open...

'The hotel itself was comfortable. The room was ok. staff did their job efficiently. However, there are a couple of important things that I felt let it down. Everything is in Chinese ...I would suggest an English translation..this would make life easier for Western visitors. Also the internet was very unreliable and spotty . If these things are considered then it would be a major improvement'
