Great hotel, good bed, spacious room, it's all about the details. Only the staff in the breakfast room was very arrogant and not willing to help.

Excellent hotel!
I had an excellent stay in the hotel. This hotel is located in a very nice area of the city. The hotel personnel is very friendly and professional. The attention for the smallest detail, and perfect ambiance make this hotel the best I stayed in for a long time. I certainly recommend this hotel very much for both business and private travelers.

Breakfast very well attended by staff who were very accommodating and personable; the breakfast offerings changed daily. Very convenient location to MRT and across the street from 5 floor dining experience with many offerings for lunch and dinner. Quiet location and quite walkable at all hours.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is clean, spacious and well appointed rooms, close proximity to the metro and a nice breakfast and happy hour spread. You totally get your money’s worth. Highly recommended.

This is my first trip for Taiwan. I am very satisfied with breaskfast and happy hour food. Its quality is very superb. Customer service is very good. Rainshower water pressure is so powerful that shower makes me feel happy. Subway is just 30sec from hotel. You should visit this hotel.

The staff are kind and courteous. The rooms are small but it provides everything you need -and more. The hotel is walking distance to the train station, one-stop shops (i.e. 7/11, FamilyMart, etc), and a lot of food establishments.

Wonderful, modern Hotel in a great location.
My wife and I stayed at Les Suites for three nights in January 2024. We loved this place! Large, modern, comfortable room with all the amenities you could need; friendly and helpful staff; great breakfast with many choices; free evening snacks and drinks; quiet; and very close to a subway station. We will always stay here when we visit Taipei!

Enjoyed our stay!
The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly. It is located right next to the MRT station and bus stations. The bonus is the free breakfast included. We had a very pleasant stay. Thanks very much for the excellent service provided!

편하고 친절하고 모든게 정말 최고였지만 침대매트리스는 별로였습니다. 저희 집 침대가 더 편하게 느껴질 정도 였어요 오성급호텔이라는데 침대 매트리스는 오성급이 아닌 것 같아요

年末年始に快適な滞在
年末年始で6泊しました。 宿泊前から日本人のスタッフの方と日本語でメールのやり取りが出来て、レストランの予約やモバイルwifi貸し出しの予約などしてもらえて助かりました。 お部屋は決して新しくはありませんし広くもありませんが、綺麗に保たれていると思います。何より、お湯はりやシャワーの水圧がすごくて（笑）その点とても快適でした。 ラウンジでの朝食と夕方のハッピーアワーでの食事も毎日内容が変わり、私たちはお昼に現地で美味しいものを食べに行き、夜はこちらでいただくことが多かったです。　 ただ、日本人の多いこと（笑）　それだけ日本人好みのホテルだということでしょう。
