Honest review here. The location is pretty good, staff were very nice and friendly, facilities are decent and free snacks! However, I really don’t like the room I stayed in. I booked the Deluxe double room and was give the one on the second floor. My issues listed below: 1. The the toilet wall, door and window are made of glass. When you turn of all the lights, your room lights up from the lights outside of the hotel, through the toilet. And yes, it lights up the whole room. Had to wear eye mask to sleep. The blinds at the toilet does nothing. I even tried using my umbrella to block out some light but it’s still very bright. 2. During the day, the room itself with all lights on, it’s very dark. Why not open the curtains you may ask? Well? Because we are on the second floor. Once you open the curtains, the whole street of pedestrians can look into your entire room. And yea there were a lot of people walking downstairs. So no privacy at all. 3. Aircon controller’s light can never be turned off unless you off the aircon. I had to stick a name card to it to block the light at night. 4. The bed is externally small and it’s super shacky. My wife and I are pretty lean and we weren’t comfortable on that bed. If one moves, the other person will feel it. But good thing about the bed was that we could be easily woken up by the earthquake because the bed was so shaky and take precautions, which we did when it hit Hualien. I really dint had good sleep over the 5 nights there.

The Good: relatively affordable, clean, in a convenient area, free ramen, baked goods, breakfast drinks in the common area. The bad: paper thin walls. Even as a heavy sleeper I notice noise from the neighbours. I heard s*x noises at 6 am one day, and got woken up the next day by my neighbours having a violent domestic dispute. There is only 1 washer/dryer for the entire hotel. You book the time but my time period was taken by someone else. Staff was pretty responsive to my concerns but there was only so much they could do. Please don't book the rooms with no windows. They are cramped and depressing.Even though it is a reasonable budget option, next time I would choose somewhere else.

The staff was extremely friendly especially for the night before my flight, they helped me find an ATM that would work with my debit card so that I can pay for my taxi the next day. I love the amenities like the 24 hour free beverages and snacks. The room I got was so spacious and stylish. Ximending was within 10 minutes away. I highly recommend!!

一人旅で予約しましたが、当日お部屋をアップグレードいただきました！台北駅からも徒歩10分程度、隣にはファミマもあり、すぐに繁華街へ向かうこともできます。スタッフも英語で丁寧に話してくれ、チェックアウト時の荷物の預かりサービスも当然のように声かけてくださいました。海外のホテルでこの値段でここまでのサービスはないと思います。また台北に遊びに来る時は絶対ここにしたいと思います！

我是第二次到來 上一次應該是2019年 雖然是標準雙人房 但房子比想像中小 打開行李喼後便無法開門 我相信這房間比較適合背包旅客 另外 當我使用風筒吹頭髮時 使用不夠三十秒便全房子跳電 房子即時全黑 致電給服務台時職員說是不是風筒過熱 我說只是用了三十秒也不夠 最後要一個小時後才有電 在這段時間 職員借了其他房子給我梳洗 晚上回來時 職員說檢查過沒有問題 當然我也是很擔心 如果可以的話 請檢查一下是否洗手間內的電源插座有問題或是風筒有問題

We liked this hotel sm much! they have been preparing some snacks at lobby anytime. staffs are kind. location is perfect. for more comfort, let me tell some. we need more lights in guest room. especially by the washbasin. towels are hard and smell a little bit. I was surprised to find a towel was ragged and worn out in both sides. But good points are surpassing. I'm sure I will stay with you again.

西門、台北駅徒歩圏内で立地良いブティックホテル。地下1階にレセプション、24Hラウンジがある。ラウンジ内ではコーヒー、ジュース、ミネラルウオーター、軽食（チェックイン時は、セルフメイドするホットドッグ、スチームBOXに肉巻等）、スナック。地下2階に、TOILET、ランドリールーム。 アサインされた、部屋は5階の角部屋、コンクリート打ち放しの造作。兎に角、狭い。壁厚が無いので、音が聞こえる。カーテン開けると、眺望は悪いが明るさ確保出来る。シャワールームに続く洗面所も窓があり、少し開口可能なので風通し良い、シャワールームに是非ともバスタブが欲しいです。普通のバスタブが置けるだけの床面積あり。スーツケースもベッド上でないと開けないほど。 私には、狭過ぎる。アップグレードも無しなので、残念過ぎるホテル。１人旅ならば許容出来るかもです。エクストラ料金でバスタブ付き部屋もある。台北も旅行バブルで宿泊料金上昇中。 ホテルの星は３個以上贈呈出来ない。

꽤 괜찮았다고생각해요!
방이 일단 좀 좁아서 놀랬지만 생각보다 화장실은 좀 넓은편이였고 숙소가 그렇게 나쁘지는 않았어요 그래도 1~2만원차이도 더 좋은 호텔이 있는것같아서 가능하면 1~2만원 더 쓰고 좋은 호텔가는것도 좋을 것 같아요! 저는 연박으로 2박있었는데 위치가 좋아서 크게 불편함 없었고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 드라이기가 바람이 쎄서 다이슨 안가져가도 되요 드라이기 진짜 맘에들었습니다 ㅎㅎ 가성비로 따진다면 괜찮은 숙소!

トイレ以外は文句なし
地下のロビーにゲーム機やプリクラがあって楽しい。また軽食やソフトドリンクが無料なのもよかった。場所も台北駅から西門町への途中にありコンビニも至近で便利。水回りは清潔だが、トイレに紙が流せず、洗浄便座もないのはマイナス。そこさえクリアできていれば言うことなし。

혼자여행에 딱이에요. 깨끗하고 위치도 너무 좋고 외진 곳이 아니라 더 좋아요. 발마사지 바로 옆이라 매일 받았어요! 방음이 안된다는 단점이 있지만 혼자여행에 이정도면 100점이에요~~ 직원도 너무 친절해요. 푹 쉬다 갑니다.

겨울에 방문했는데 날씨가 많이 추웠는데 히터가 없어 방이 많이추웠네요. 카운터에 따로 요청하면 작은 히터를 주나 너무 작아서 크게 따뜻해지진 않았어요. 제가 머문 가족룸(큰침대 두개)은 창가에 위치하여 도로소음도 좀 들리는 편이었어요. 창문없는 방이 온도나 소음이나 더 나은 환경일것 같네요. 지하 1층에서 스낵바가 무료인거랑, 매일 오전7시에 샌드위치가 스낵바에 제공되는점, 외부음식을 들고와서 먹을수 있다는 점이 마음에 들었지만, 방은 침대2개 빼곤 이용할수있는 공간이 많이 없어 아쉬었어요.

Great stay for a short trip
I had the single room without windows and the room is tiny. However, the bathroom was fully sized and it was suitable for a short stay. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast/lounge area was amazing. Such a nice place to stay
