Nice place Service has to be the worst iv ever experienced anywhere Soooooo slowwwww with everything, took 5 minutes to bring a bottle of water to our table The staff are rude and also when went to upgrade the price had increased the 2nd time we asked by 3000 bhat even though we told them we will definitely upgrade Also charge you way more on taxis than the local app grab which is hard to get in the area this hotel is Won’t be going near this place again put a downer on the trip

I booked an upgrade seaview not realizing I would be in a building 300 meters away from the pool which appeared almost unoccupied, they changed it to a pill view, good room for an additional charge. Please needs serious TLC and is full of Russians, which was no issue, but should give them the money to improve the place, needs tons of paint, but it is a lovely place. Food was not cheap but service was fine.

Our room was lovely, other than the king being 2 singles pushed together. The property was pretty much empty, and several buildingsjust never cleaned for long time. Around the pool area was many spider webs and foilage. Was told the hotel stayed open through covid, but honestly looked like it was closed down for 2 years and never properly cleaned up since. The limited staff were mixed, some very pleasant and some not. We've stayed in 6 properties this vacation, and everything else has been a sharp contrast to this. Hopefully once they get busier, everything will be cleaned up top to bottom.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE
the hot springs resort was an absolutely phenomenal place to stay. We arrived in Phuket after many hours of travel and it was a perfect place to relax and recoup. Highly recommend staying one or two nights, and book a room with the pool view.

Tranquil and private.
Tranquil settings with nice pools and gardens, the rooms are a little dated but the bathrooms seem to have been updated recently in comparison to the rest of the room. The TV is very old, but you're in Thailand, watch TV when you go home ;)

Say NO to beachfront
Booked 3 nights. First night in a horror beachfront room. Hallway had urine smell. Shower head is extremely old- scary look and poor water pressure we skipped showering that day. The Thai decor is unique but dated, very dark, uncomfortable. Doors have holes, tv is 40 years old bad quality pictures. Since it’s close to beach (that we cannot play as expected) it’s far from hotspring pools. Tight space, not enough for extra bed. The lower rating is especially front desk we checkined and didn’t try to help us fix the problem. We figured out ourself once we saw a new building for 2nd, 3rd night, Once we moved, everything is great. Brand new room with wonderful design, even have a couch which they should offered at the beginning so my brother doesn’t have to leave after dropping us off. The staff is either stupid or really bad at her job. There’s no manager around the resort where we can talk to. Requested but the manager was inconvenient to speak with me and had never got back to me during whole 4 days. Those new rooms should be given out at the beginning not until we are so fed up with everything. Too late for good reviews even though it’s a good hotspring facility. Quick note Khun Dusit, owner- take a look at your dated rooms, #609 for example, would you pay for that yucky crap?

Fantastisk strand i närheten vid ett bra Hotel.
Ett mycket bra Hotel för de som söker lugn och ro. Ett Hotel som är ”slitet” men ändå väldigt bra. Vi bodde i de nya rummen och de var väldigt bra. Hade problem med toaletten (att det kom upp avföring från ”ledningen”) och de åtgärdade det. En dag saknade vi vatten i kranarna och det fixade de under tiden vi var på stranden. Fint och vackert poolområde även om det har några ”år på nacken”. Det är röd flagg på stranden för att det blirvädlugt djup snabbt och där är kraftiga strömmar. Vi gick 1 km söder ut och där var gul flagga och där badade vi. Det var i stort sett inga turister på stranden och vi trodde inte att dessa orörda stränder fanns kvar i Thailand. Maten och drycken var i dyr i Thailänska mått, men där vi badade fanns en restaurang på stranden som var betydligt billigare. Frukosten var mycket bra! Vi kan verkligen tänka oss att bo på detta Hotel igen.

Joli hôtel par contre manque d'entretien pour les extérieurs et les toilettes du fitness. Une tasse à café dans notre chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée. WiFi pas top mauvaise connection dans les chambres du nouveau building.

Everything is overpriced
The cost in the restaurant are about double for other locations. A massage is 900 baht. Other location have it for between 250 and 350 Bahts. Charged for water for the minibar that was what was listed on the mini bar cost sheet. No swimming was allow at the beach. Not sure if the same all of the time or just because three people drowned the week before. No information in the rooms.

Le paradis
Il suffisait de montrer une photo de l'endroit où nous aimerions aller, pour que tout soit fait sans aucun problème, no arnaque, prix plus que parfait. De plus, le taxi man de l'hôtel nous accompagnait dans nos sorties pour notre bien être. Hôtel à recommander.

Hübsches Hotel in Strandnähe, fernab aller Bevölkg
Man hat uns nicht als Buchung gefunden. Jemanden der 3 Wochen Urlaub in ein und demselben Hotel macht, kam man dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Es liegt fernab jeglicher Bevölkerung. Keine Anbindung nichts. Zum größeren Ort benötigt man auf alle Fälle einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Nicht ein einziger deutschsprechiger Angestellter.

Pictures can be deceiving
This was probably a great hotel in the past however it is clear to see that it is very much outdated now and require some maintenance. The staff seems tired and uninspired, stronger management is needed. Room service orders were wrong on three separate occasions and it took 1 hour to fix the order which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel. Having said that it's not all bad. The honeymoon suite with your own private pool was fantastic! The pool was clean and very well maintained. Also keep in mind it's about a 45 minute drive to Phuket district so transport can be an issue if you wish to head into town. All in all it was an ok experience however I would not recommend this hotel for the price you are paying. You can do better.

Beautiful resort with natural hot springs pools
It was a perfect hideaway during the off season with heavy rains. The beach and sea is quite rough in August. Nice garden and park.

ホテルの施設やプール・温泉はとても良かったです。この時期だったからかお客様の数は少なかったと思います。そのためゆっくりとのんびりと、寛ぐことが出来ました。 ただ朝食のビュッフェは、種類はまあまああるのは良いのですが、決して遅い時間に行ったわけではないのですが、もう食べつくされて無くなってしまっているようなものも多く、補充されていないのがとても残念でした。 もうすでに友人にも勧めているホテルです。

Peacefully tropical with friendly staff who tried hard. Great courtesy bus to town, 10 mins away, for beer, fruit etc. Staff had problems with English but then again my Thai is terrible!!

Baby friendly pool far away from city and all else
Our initial deluxe seaview room had a leaking sink, which they came to fix promptly. They couldn't fix the AC which wasn't cold, and in the end had to upgrade us because there weren't any deluxe rooms available. The new room, suite actually, was heaps better, but isn't all toddler friendly. There are lots of steps everywhere, and the pathway to the patios and private pool were of different heights with no railings so it was not toddler friendly at all. It is also not brightly lit at night so if you don't have some light with you, don't venture there. Water pressure was also not great for both rooms. Breakfast was very basic, so don't expect too much. Basically had the same breakfast all 4 mornings. The hotspring pools were quite nice, not as clean as I'd like it, but good enough. The pools had different depths(levels) so my toddler (13mo) could walk on the shallowest area. This was the best pool I've seen so far for a young toddler. Hotel is far away from the city (1.5hrs) and the beach is although good for a walk, not great at all for swims. There's also no water provided to clean off sand from the beach. Overall, 5D4N was a bit too long in this place. We've only enjoyed the pools (hotspring, icy pool and regular pool) a lot, which is a plus for our toddler.

This place was terrible and totally misrepresented by booking sites. I am sure the positive reviews are written by employees.We booked this as a splurge on our honeymoon (big mistake). We had to stay because it was expensive and the prices were non-refundable. The towels they give you are all ragged. There's no Wi-Fi in the room and we were told we had to go to the lobby. The TV was not satellite. Our "seaview" room was next to the mosquito filled swamp the resort is located on. The beach is ugly--a few thatch umbrellas covered in black rain tarp. In the room there is an ice bucket but no ice machine and we were told we had to take the shuttle into town to go buy ice. We did go into town to buy snacks because the food was terrible and the service was horrendous at their restaurant. We found a restaurant (2miles away) but the Staff refused to call taxi for us, insisting we eat at THEIR restaurant. In the evening everything shuts down. the swim up bar is completely abandoned at all times.The staff in general were absolutely horrible. The service was just insanely bad. There were dirty dishes everywhere at all times because no one ever cleaned them up. At the restaurant the server would wander around with someone's food never knowing where it went and when he couldn't figure it out he would leave it at an empty table and go back to the kitchen to ask. There were rats and bugs everywhere.There was no management presence at all. This place was the worst.

Das Hotel war leider sehr abgelegen, selbst mit dem Hotelshuttle (kostenpflichtig) waren nur wenig Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Personal verstand so gut wie kein Englisch. Im Poolbereich wurde leeres Geschirr nicht abgeräumt. Insgesamt aber eine schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage!

Perfekte Lage am Strand
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und weiträumig angelegt. Der Pool ergänzt das Angebot zum Strand und ist auch zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Frühstück entspricht dem typischen Buffet aus anderen Hotels. Sowohl Asiatische als auch europäische Speissen werden angeboten. Leider gibt es keine Variation, so dass man nach ein paar Tagen ein wenig gelangweilt zum Frühstück geht. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Leider schien in unserem zimmer die Abflussanlage der Dusche regelmäßig einen unangenehmen Toiletengeruch verströmen. Ich vermute es liegt an einem Konstruktionsfehler des Abflusses.

Fantastic Christmas/New Years Getaway
My first visit to Thailand with my fiancée. I have to say the staff and management team at the Hotspring Beach and Spa resort made it a very special one. From the moment we set foot to the resort we were given a special treatment. We managed to upgrade our hotel room with way to a very nice villa. The staff were able to manage our expectations by booking us the tours and advised us on which were the best. The room was cleaned to our expectations, and working in a bank, that is high expectations met very well. If at anytime I wanted anything, me requirements were seen to yet with a smile. Looking forward to my next visit here.

プーケットからやや離れているが、1時間ほどで着きます。タクシーのドライバーが知らないのはやや困るが、秘密のリゾートと言った感じでいいです。以前にも来ていて、3回目です。部屋の目の前がプール、広くてきれいで、南国の木々や花もステキです。身体が冷えたら隣の温泉に直行‼︎ゆっくりのんびり出来ます。部屋や3人家族には十分な広さです。アメニティも揃っています。きれいです。プールは深い所もありますが、ベビー用の深さもあり、安心して遊べます。食事はクラブサンドイッチがオススメ、飲み物も揃っています。プールサイドで、シンハビールは最高です。 近くの海岸まで散歩に出かけると、サンセットがきれいです。以前は此処で泳げませんでしたが、泳げるようです。 ただ一つ難があるのは、注文した物が届くのにかなり時間がかかります。これもタイの文化とあきらめて、楽しむしかありません。 それでも十二分に楽しめます。おすすめします。

Points to consider
Frist of all, the restaurant prices are provided before the taxes and the surface charge comparing to what we used to in all over Thailand prices. Another thing is that the hotel told us that we can use the hot spring pool until 10 pm. When we got to the pool we found it was empty for cleaning at 8 pm. Also, in the next day they did the same thing, although we told them we want to use it at the same time.
Thank you for your review. Since you came last year, we have made many changes. We apologize for the confusion about food pricing; the new menus reflect that service charge/tax is not included. The mineral pools need to be drained and cleaned nightly for safety reasons, which takes time (staff work all night on this). Cold and mineral pool hours are 8AM to 7PM daily. We stayed here for 3 nights. It's a beautiful resort full of lush gardens, frangipani trees, a lake etc. The setting is stunning and it's a huge complex (if you will use the pool a lot it's better to get a room by the pool, otherwise you have to walk up or buggy to the reception). The reception is decked out in Thai style decor, which is nice compared to the other modern resorts around the area. The pool is huge,warm, and there is a pool bar where you can order food or drinks. There are also 2 big hot spring pools which are lovely. The gym is in a beautiful setting overlooking the lake. Equipment is pretty old, but there is a lot of variety. The staff are friendly and nice, but their english isn't very good and sometimes they can't understand you. It is in a very remote area, but they do have a shuttle bus to take you into a huge tesco supermarket, or there are a few restaurants and shops near the supermarket that they can take you to as well. But generally don't go here if you want to shop and have an abundance of food choice. The only downside to this compared to some of other resorts is that it's not directly on the beach front. You have to cross a jetty to get the beach, and the beach on this side is quite barren, and the current here quite strong. not great for swimming. Overall though, the resort is stunning and i was surprised at how huge it was. Rooms were nice but TV was old and picture fuzzy.

the hotel ws one of the most relaxing I have ever stayed in. Only negative was that the TV was not a flatscreen as advertised and the reception was poor. The restaurant wasn't the best either but there was plenty of choice in nearby villages. The staff were great, the beach is deserted and the water is crystal clear. I can't wait to go back again.

Oase der Ruhe
Eine Oase der Ruhe. Hervorrangender Service, gutes Essen und RUHE. Im Hotspring kann man essen, lesen und baden. Keine Animation, keine weitere Unterhaltung, auch nicht in der näheren Umgebung. Das Hotel lebt hauptsächlich von chinesischen Busreisen. Die Gruppen treffen am frühen Abend ein und verlassen das Hotel am nächsten Vormittag. Den Rest der Zeit haben die wenigen Dauergäste das ganze Hotel für sich. Das Personal gibt sich mit den Dauergästen besondere Mühe. Der Pool ist schön, auch die Hotspring ist wirklich angenehm. Die Gebäude liegen in einem wunderschönen Park mit vielen, alten Bäumen. Wir hatten eine Zimmer Grand mit Meerblick und 2 Kingsize Betten auf 2 Etagen. Hier ist es besonders ruhig. Das Hotel liegt an der Küste, vom Meer getrennt durch eine Wasserfläche und eine Sandband. Eine Brücke und ein Steg führen auf die Sandbank. Dort gibt es 5 Sonnenschirme und einige Liegestühle gammeln vor sich hin. Leider macht auch niemand sauber. Wir hatten an den meisten Tagen den ganzen Strand (>500m) für uns alleine. Bei Ebbe kann man gut baden. Bei Flut sind die Wellen höher und man verliert am steil abfallenden Strand schnell den Boden unter den Füssen. Das ist dann nichts für schlechte Schwimmer. Aber wie gesagt, bei Ebbe ist es besser und wo sonst hat man direkt an einem guten Hotel einen langen Strand für sich alleine. Tip: Ausreichen Bücher und Sonnencreme nicht vergessen. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Shop und der nächste Ort ist kein Touristenort.
