'The treehouse itself was lovely. Really well set up, clean and great decor. The pool was very nice and the bikes to get around the property were helpful - but someone did take one of ours during our stay and we had to get another one. The breakfast was a bit of a manic disaster - they seemed to be very understaffed and it was chaos. The food needed replenishing but there weren’t enough people to do this. The coffee was also below expectation given that it was a proper barista coffee machine but...

'Only disappointed that we didn’t get to visit the spa for free or discounted at least. If you do want to visit them you have to book far in advance and struggle with the website. The pool was great and accessible for free, amazing view and clean. The hotel and service was amazing. There are a lot of places to eat in the area but the opening times are sometimes a bit unfortunate. Not really any places to socialize or party. But very recommended for a place to relax!'

'The hotel gets an 'ok' but nothing more... the beds are good and the rooms quite well isolated and the breakfast is great. The lobby is far from pretty and the staff could use some training and motivation. Guess it doesnt matter much because there's hardly any alternative in Terrassa.'

'Mooi gelegen accommodatie met zwembad voor MBA studenten. Niet voor toerisme. Sobere kamer wil ook zeggen slechts 1 paar handdoeken voor 2 personen; 1 nachtlamp geen bekers om tanden te poetsen enz. Tapisplein vuil. Geen restaurants in de buurt. Wel uitgebreid ontbijt en parking.'

'Vriendelijke persoonijke ontvangst, ik werd altijd met mijn naam aangesproken. Prachtige kamer, zeer ruim en comfortabel. Ligt in het oude centrum, op wandelafstand van zeer mooie gebouwen en winkels. Geen eigen parking maar op een steenworp van een goede grote ondergrondse parking'
