'We stayed at the Frangipani Tree for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful even before we arrived, helping to book a car from the airport. It is a two hour drive form the airport but the roads are very good and there is lots to look at on the way. On arrival you can relax with a drink and admire the scenery. 'Vi tilbragte nætter på dette fantastiske sted. Vi boede i brudesuiten og var eneste gæster på hotellet. Vi nød afslapning i haven med den smukkeste udsigt til havet og de mange kæmpeskilpadder, der hele tiden kom op til overfladen efter luft. Maden var super god og servicen fantastisk. Vi føler, at vi havde tre unikke dage her, og vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage, hvis det bliver muligt en anden gang. Vi anbefaler til alle som søger afslapning i rolige omgivelser lige ned til havet.'

'The property is located in a well kept garden next to a small but beautiful beach. Rooms are well kept and relaxing. The staff are fantastic and always willing to accommodate requests. Food was excellent, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfast. The menu has increased and has a great selection of Western and Asian dishes but is quite expensive.'

'PROS: We had an amazing 4-days stay at Elysium. This Boutique Hotel is a true gem worth every 5-stars, nested a short-tuk-tuk ride from Unawatuna or Galle. The hotel is on a quiet beautiful beach. 'Rent och fräscht. En privat trädgård med solsängar och havet alldeles utanför. Tyvärr inte så badvänligt just där men gå 30m till vänster så kan man bada. Det finns ingenting i närområdet. Det är tuc tuc till Unawatuna som gäller för mat. Problem uppstod när vi skulle åka. De hävdade då att de inte längre hade kontakt med hotels.com och ville att jag skulle betala till dem trots att jag visade bekräftelsen. De sa att jag skulle kontakta hotels och få det återbetalat.
