'When arriving at 3pm I was quite disrespectfully told to go away and come back at 4, the original incheck time. Because signing wasn’t clear I just wanted to know at that point if that was where check in was, because the name mentioned was not Sierra House. 'Nice hotel in a great location. Don’t let the pictures fool you. It is not that big. There isn’t really any lobby like you’d expect. The pool is nice but there is no pool bar. Self parking is in the parking garage underneath the hotel. The kitchen inside the room is nice. The beds were wonderful as always'

'Old needs renovation staff makes the diffrence'

Personeel was vriendelijk.
