Direct strand !! Casa Paquita is een luxe strandhuis gelegen in de prestigieuze gemeenschap van Playa Langosta / Tamarindo. Ervaar het toppunt van Costa Ricaanse wonen op je eigen Spaans-mediterrane landgoed. Slechts een paar minuten lopen van de drukte van Tamarindo met zijn prachtige restaurants en kunstgalerijen, trendy winkels en disco's, komt u bij de gemotoriseerde poort van Casa Paquita en uw eigen wereld van luxe, privacy en veiligheid. De strandpoort bij de zwembaden biedt directe toegang tot een van de mooiste stranden van Guanacaste. Bekijk de branding vanaf de rand van het overloopzwembad terwijl u geniet van uw favoriete drankje.

De klassieke Spaans-mediterrane architectuur met zijn handgeschilderde tegels en groot overdekt terras zijn de essentie van Casa Paquita. U zult genieten van de prachtig verzorgde tuinen en romantische balkons met spectaculair uitzicht en adembenemende zonsondergangen. Uw vakantiehuis ligt op een van de mooiste stranden ter wereld !!!

Casa Paquita is onlangs gerenoveerd en beschikt over vijf slaapkamers met eigen badkamer in het hoofdgebouw, plus nog eens 2 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer in de Casita. De wenteltrap slingert zich rond een waterval van 3 niveaus die langs 2 zijden van een open cilinder naar beneden valt. De gastronomische keuken, het ontbijthoekje, de bar, de woonkamer en de patio's aan de voor- en achterkant vormen samen een perfecte gemeenschappelijke ruimte met uitzicht op het overloopzwembad en de Stille Oceaan. Het grote dubbele overlooprandzwembad beschikt over een kinderbad, spa-zitplaatsen met jets, vier barkrukken en een gemakkelijke toegangstrap. Deze enorme woonkamer is perfect voor grote groepen, familiereünies, kleine intieme bruiloften of gewoon de beste vakantie die Costa Rica te bieden heeft!

Het hoofdhuis is geschikt voor 14 personen met 2 kingsize bedden, 2 stapelbedden (4 slaapplaatsen), 2 queensize bedden en een uitschuifbed (twee eenpersoonsbedden).

De Casita is geschikt voor 4 personen met 1 queensize bed en 2 tweepersoonsbedden. Neem contact met ons op voor informatie en tarieven over het toevoegen van onze Casita met 2 slaapkamers aan uw huur!

Er wordt 6 dagen per week schoongemaakt. Er is ook 6 dagen per week een schoonmaakster / zwembadreiniger op het terrein.

This was the perfect location for our group. There were 11 of us total, and the accommodations were beyond incredible. The master suite balcony was a perfect place to watch for monkeys and macaws in the morning - or at any point during the day. (There are 2 master suites.) The common spaces were super clean and easy to navigate. The pool was amazing, especially after a day at the beach. The fact that you could walk right out to the beach from the property and watch the ocean break over lava rocks while sitting among the mangroves was breathtaking. Accessible swimming beaches were an easy walk down the beach, or on the road. Access to the main shopping area of town was also walkable, although we did rent a golf cart, which made access even easier. A small grocery store with anything you would need was located very close - within easy walking distance.Lorena was amazing! She taught us how to cook the Costa Rican classic: arroz con pollo. She also cooked a seafood meal for us one evening! So worth it!! If I could re-do the week of meals, I would have had her cook a couple of more times to support local working families. She really is so kind and wonderful!!Jonathan was very easy to work with as well. He communicated in a very timely manner about everything. He arranged transport from the airport, secured our golf cart rental, and had great info about tours, etc. He was there to greet us when we arrived and gave a tour of the house.100% recommend!!

Our family group of 13 had a fabulous experience here. It is a beautiful home and we felt very safe. The hosts answered our questions promptly, and helped us arrange some great activities. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The living, dining, bar and outdoor areas were perfect for gathering together. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group. The view from the backyard/pool was amazing. Although the beach, only steps away from the house, is too rocky for swimming, the tide pools there were spectacular. We saw lots of fish, starfish, urchins, and sea cucumbers every day at low tide. The location worked well for us...it was much quieter than Tamarindo, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Tamarindo was only 5-10 minutes away by car. The staff, there every day, was very accommodating. We arranged for them to cook one dinner at the house. It was delicious and economical. We also loved seeing monkeys, iguanas, crabs, butterflies, parrots, and other beautiful birds from the pool area. We would definitely come back.

The house was beautiful, the location and beach access was convenient and stunning! Jonathan and Roy were very helpful helping us plan our trip and having golf carts delivered. Oscar took excellent care of the pool and gardens and he was a delight to talk with every morning while we were drinking our coffee pool side and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. That was all wonderful but it was Lorina and her assistant Maya that stole the show with their fabulous cooking. One of our party has Celiac and they went out of their way to cook gluten-free and pick up gluten-free options. All in all it was a great trip supported by great people and a beautiful and conveniently located house. Our family of 12 found it hard to leave! Thanks Jonathan and crew.

Magical!

We had a perfect trip staying at this beautiful house. The view is breathtaking and the house has everything you need. We felt so well taken care of from Jonathan’s helping arrange activities to the delicious meals and the house being cleaned for us. We travel quite a bit, and this house is one we would love to come back to! The pool area and yard are gorgeous and you can just walk out the back gate and be on the beach. It’s not an area for swimming in the ocean much, but you can just walk down the beach a little and there are areas for that or surfing. There is air conditioning throughout the whole house and locked gates so we felt completely safe and comfortable. This is my favorite VRBO I have ever been to!

Everything was awesome. Jonathan was a huge help and very responsive if we experienced any issues. Lorena prepared delicious dinners and kept the house in great shape. Only thing I would share is that the beach is rocky and not conducive for snorkeling or even swimming. The walk to town from the beach is beautiful but further than you think - better to take the road which is much quicker and also lovely. Would definitely stay here again! A family of seven howler monkeys graced us with their presence on the last day. Didn’t make any noise but snacked on the trees and napped for hours. Very cool!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beachfront, so we enjoyed peaceful walks every morning and watched the beautiful sunsets every evening. We even spotted monkeys playing in the trees above the pool, which was such a fun surprise for the whole family. Jonathan was incredibly helpful—he arranged our airport transfers and golf carts, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Lorena was absolutely amazing. She prepared a delicious traditional Costa Rican breakfast for us each morning, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing House on the Beach

We stayed with 6 adults and 10 children ages 9-3 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house is just steps from the beach which made it easy for the kids to go to and from the beach and pool all day. We had Lorena make breakfast and dinner every day for us, which was amazing! Made everyone feel like it was more of a vacation. Jonathan, the manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. He mailed back several items we accidentally left behind, including stuffed animals and a cell phone. Truly a gem! We plan to return next summer!

Great Location and Great Potential

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Casa Paquita but cannot give it 5 stars since it is in need of much needed maintenance. It is unfortunate since the layout is outstanding, amazing view of ocean from pool and house, great pool, and perfect for large group. However, there were lots of ants in the house since there were major openings around doors and windows that were not sealed properly. This could be the norm in Costa Rica since it was our first time there, but we did not have these issues in the resort we stayed at near Arenal Volcano. The contact person for the house, Jonathan, responded right away when I notified him about the ants and other bugs, and he had the house sprayed the next day. This solved the problem for a day or two, but they ended up coming back.That being said we still had a good time and appreciate all of Jonathan's assistance. His communications were excellent and also prompt. Additionally, Lola, who did the housekeeping and cooked us an amazing meal on our last night, was fantastic. Both she and Jonathan couldn't have been nicer to us.

Amazing stay in Tamarindo

You will not be disappointed with this house!We had a recent one week stay with adults and teenage kids. We loved our time there and were very sad to leave. Pros:Location. We ended up cancelling our car rentals before we left and were so glad we did. We ended up using the house golf cart and it was perfect. We could get everywhere we needed in the golf cart and was only a short drive 5mins into town for groceries, restaurants and shopping. You can also walk into town easily as well. The house is also right on the beach and has the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. You can walk for miles down the beach which is great to do before it gets too hot. The house is very safe, and we never had any concerns. Jonathan and Lorena. Jonathan was amazing. We have never had anyone so responsive on any VRBO rental we have visited. Jonathan was available to help whenever needed for booking excursions, urgent doctors visits or any household issues. Lorena cooked the most amazing meals for us and we loved that we always had leftovers for the hungry teens! I would highly recommend the breakfasts they were wonderful. Cons:Really there were none. We would stay here again for sure. Some things in the house need updating but that is to be expected. They are working to update parts, but as this is a very large property it takes time. This would not deter us from staying again. This is a fantastic house for a large group or for families with teens!

Perfect for Large Group

We stayed here for a fun mother/son trip with our high school seniors. The house was clean, beautiful, and walking distance to heart of Tamarindo. Jonathan was an excellent concierge as he organized all of our excursions for us (sunset cruise, sport fishing, waterfall hike, whitewater rafting, ziplining). He also coordinated with a chef to come in most nights and cook for our entire group. The food was amazing and she cleaned up after dinner for us as well. Jonathan also coordinated yoga lessons and massages at the house for the moms. Moms had fun, boys had fun - it was just perfect.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Yes it going to need a little “love” soon, but still an awesome property. If you don’t have Lorena and her crew cook for you, you will be missing out on great food at a good price. She can tailor your meals to the costs that you are wanting to pay. Eating out in the Tamarindo market can get expensive. Would love to come back and stay with Jonathon and Lorena very soon!

The BEST trip!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the helpful crew!! We had a 10 day stay. Family vacation with 14 of us. 7 kids ranging from 1-12 years old. 7 adults They made our stay so easy, comfortable and fun. From the beginning of booking the house Jonathan and Daniel were extremely helpful and quick to respond. They assisted us with booking all of our excursions (catamaran cruise, fishing, tour to a waterfall and to see sloths, ziplining, horseback riding). They also arranged for transport to and from the airport. They arranged two times for our group of adults to receive massages at the house on the balcony. Originally we had booked one session but it was so great we did another. They sent two massueses. Lorraina was amazing as well! We had her cook about half of our dinners and breakfasts. They were each amazing and so tasty! She would work with us each time to see if there were any special requests. The last night we celebrated 3 birthdays. She got a cake (even made it custom) and made the best dinner of the trip! Her and her daughter decorated the house with balloons and got my little niece a crown. It was so sweet. The house itself was very nice and comfortable for all parties. We all felt we had sufficient room not to be on top of eachother. The pool was the best! Overlooking the ocean and we often had monkeys in the trees around it. It was the best trip and I can't thank Jonathan, Daniel and Lorraina enough. Highly recommend!

Marcella’s Wedding and family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Casa Paquita! Our daughter’s wedding was just down the road at Casa Los Olivos and the house was perfect for our entire family with young children and great grandmother. Lorena was the main housekeeper and we had her prepare 2 lunches and two dinners that were fabulous!! Jonathan was also very responsive for any requests that were made. I highly recommend this home!

House worked well for 11 of us including 2-11yr olds and a 4 yr old. The living area is well designed. The house is older so not in perfect shape but manager responded to any issues we had. Beautiful afternoon sunsets and beaches to walk and surf on near the house.
