I am so sorry that you didn’t given us a chance.I’m sure if you stayed longer you would feel differently. Like one of our guests of today from Airbnb :StephanieUNREAL!!! Honestly such an AMAZING place. From the moment we landed until leaving, absolutely 0 issues. Transportation set up through them and all the excursions set up as well through them were timely, easy, and amazing. The place itself is a stunning little oasis in the middle of the beach while having the great town of tamarindo so close, you can walk everywhere. Miguel, pancho, cata, joss, teychel, and all the staff were incredible and accommodating of everything we asked. So safe and clean. Highly Highly HIGHLY recommend!! There really is nothing like it around. I hope to be back!
