Casa Bendita was jarenlang het favoriete huis van onze klanten. De eigenaren hebben het pand opgewaardeerd en besloten het alleen voor privégebruik te hebben. Vanaf augustus 2019 hebben ze besloten om weer te gaan huren, alle upgrades zien er prachtig uit en we zijn er zeker van dat je hier de perfecte vakantie zult hebben. Ons conciërge-team bij RPM zal ervoor zorgen dat ze helpen met vervoer, rondleidingen / activiteiten en zal beschikbaar zijn als u hulp nodig hebt of vragen heeft.

Casa Bendita ligt aan het strand van Langosta, op minder dan 1,5 km van Tamarindo. Dit stijlvolle huis met 4 slaapkamers definieert luxe. Stel je voor dat je geniet van je dagen in de zon, ontspannend onder de beschutte rancho op je eigen terras, met uitzicht op het prachtige Playa Langosta, terwijl de Stille Oceaan tegen het strand rolt, op slechts een steenworp afstand. Met zijn ligging, voorzieningen en aandacht voor detail, vangt deze villa de essentie van het Costa Ricaanse strandleven.

De tropische landschapsarchitectuur, hardhouten deuren en kasten, gietstenen waterfonteinen, plafondventilatoren, aangepaste keuken en gewelfde hardhouten balkenplafonds zijn echt luxueus. Het maakt niet uit waar je bent in de villa, je hebt uitzicht op een tuin, de oceaan, of beide. Een paradijs van visuele ervaringen, het brengt de tropen echt naar binnen.

Bij binnenkomst van het huis kom je een tropische tuin tegen met gietstenen fonteinen en tropische zwembaden. Drie van de villa's vier slaapkamers komen uit op de tuin. Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben een ligbad en douche die uitkomen op een binnentuin. De hoofdslaapkamer opent naar het zwembad en heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het zwembad en de oceaan. Met vier slaapkamers en zes badkamers slaapt de villa comfortabel acht personen.

De op maat ontworpen keuken is volledig uitgerust met de nieuwste apparatuur. De familie kamer, keuken en eetgedeelte maken deel uit van een grote kamer die uitkomt op het dek en het zwembad. De overdekte eethoek op het dek heeft een gasgrill, koelkast en gootsteen. De villa is volledig voorzien van airconditioning.

We had an amazing time Casa Bendita!It was my husband and me, our two teenage boys and my sister and it was perfect. A few highlights… We loved the open air showers! It added a totally tropical vibe… We loved relaxing in the pool and enjoying the back deck sitting area where you could enjoy the ocean view and sound of waves all night and day. The beach… All of the reviews say it but the sunsets are awesome! The stretch of beach this was on was beautiful and quiet! And lots of fun seashells. Location wise… There were plenty of restaurants to walk to and others just a short golf cart drive away in town. We loved Sidebar for an after dinner drink! The house had everything we could have needed. The separate ice maker was a total plus. Also beach towels were provided. The welcome gift with coffee was a nice surprise! Also the concierge was super helpful and got us everything we needed. Do not hesitate to use them! :)From a responsiveness standpoint we only needed help once when we couldn’t figure out one of the A/C units, and I swear someone was there in under 10 minutes to show us (it was totally our user error!). And once we got them going all of the rooms were very pleasantly cool. We definitely said if we come back next summer we will look to book this same casa!Thank you so much!!

Perfect stay for Our Wedding guests

Our stay at this incredible VRBO was nothing short of unforgettable. It was the perfect setting to host my best friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the beauty of the property. The layout of the home was absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed to create a feeling of both openness and tranquility. Every corner of the house felt inviting and full of character, making it a truly special place to gather and relax.One of the highlights for all of us was the view. The pool overlooked the water with a breathtaking, panoramic scene that we never got tired of. We spent hours just soaking it all in—swimming, laughing, and watching the light shift across the horizon. It was the kind of view that instantly melts your stress away.We also really appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, especially on those hotter days. It kept the home comfortable and cool, allowing everyone to sleep and unwind with ease after long days out in the sun.And the fish! The serene flow of fish throughout the property brought a peaceful, almost magical energy to the space. It added so much charm and beauty, and everyone loved it—it was such a unique touch.This home truly brought our group together and gave us memories we’ll be talking about for years. BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE VILLA

This gorgeous Villa was home base for 2 weeks. Family and friends came and went. Road trips to the Volcano and Cloud Forrest were spectacular. Easy travel. Those of us staying back at the villa could not have enjoyed it more. Large. Private. Ample indoor and outdoor space. Beautiful pool and of course the Ocean just steps away. Walking the beach during low tide was a daily routine. We never missed a sunset. So many restaurants to choose from and all were excellent. Great service and delicious food. The location provides easy access to everything. We used a rental car. Uber and scooters. All in All we Loved it!!!

Family vacation for all

Stayed with my 60 yr old parents, brother and his wife, my wife and our 5 yr old - plenty of space, even if you switched our 5 yr old with an adult couple. Every room was private with an en-suite. Casa was well cared for and can walk to property management if need be. Everything you need is on site and really thought out/works. Kitchen is large with massive fridge/freezer, ice machine, everything you need. Good working AC in all living spaces. Walk to plenty of restaurants/market. Would definitely stay here again. Gracias!!

Spactular Views

The home was in a great location with awesome views of the Pacific and the western sunsets. With its premium rent and advertised access to the beach, the owners should provide some portable beach chairs and possibly a shade cover. We had to rent them which is not expensive, but involves finding a vendor, picking the chairs up and returning them. Lola and German were most helpful in making plans and solving our various problems. Without them, we would have been at a loss on a number of occasions.

Perfect vacation home!

Perfect vacation home for our party of 7. We loved that 3 of the bedrooms were away from main house for privacy / quiet sleep when needed. The pool was perfection overlooking the ocean, communicating with the property management through the VRBO was easy with quick responses. Great time at Casa Bendita

We enjoyed the stay. The RPM team was exceptionally helpful with arranging golf carts, private chef and excursions. The location was great as it was not in the center of town, but was only a golf cart ride away. The house was clean and met every need of our party. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the wonderful pool and views. For the surfers..... the Play Langosta break was about 300 to 400 yards down the beach and was a lot less crowded then in town. Both left and rights that were chest to head high. Overall, great experience.

First Time Stay---But Definitely Not The Last

The welcome gift from the owners was very nice and very much appreciated! The property was exquisite, beyond the photographs! The beach was very close (only steps away), very clean and very pleasant. I love to cook and everything associated with cooking and serving was upscale; down to the place mats, platters, serving utensils, etc. Each suite was very private and individualized. The pool was outstanding and Randy was a great help. The visiting iguanas, racoons, and birds were delightful and not a threat at all. Thank you RPM, Tropical Vacations, Paradise Cart Rental and Vrbo! This is a fantastic environment for all ages!

Amazing Costa Rican Vacation

We stayed here with 3 other couples for a 50th birthday celebration (8 people total). It is a gorgeous home with an unbelievable ocean view. The home is within walking distance of some restaurants, but we rented golf carts to be able to get to Tamarindo shops and restaurants, as well.

Wonderful location. Definitely get a golf cart and with that you can cruise into town anytime and grab whatever you want from the local stores. Great property, clean rooms, outdoor showers, solid kitchen, wonderful views and direct walk to beach. Gorgeous plants and landscaping and very clean pool. Definitely recommend.

Great Costa Rican get away.

The house worked great for us. There was plenty of room to gather together and nice to have room for people to have private space.. The kitchen was well equipped but we went out most evenings. In hindsight, we should have taken advantage fee grocery delivery. The only thing that I would say to improve would be to have a couple of inexpensive beach chairs to take down to the beach. Beautiful property with a beautiful view

Casa Bendita was all we could have hoped for in lodging on our first trip to Costa Rica. Located in a very quiet area, the rooms were very spacious with their en-suite bathrooms and comfortable beds. The courtyard and water features were charming. The kitchen was excellent for cooking and the living room was perfect for lounging and game night. And finally, the outdoor deck and infinity pool overlooking the Pacifica Ocean was simply perfect. We cannot recommend this property enough.

Wonderful Ending to Costa Rica Adventure

The house is amazing - even better than the pictures. Very well maintained, clean and conviently located. Beds were all super comfy, the pool was a delight, and the kitchen had all items needed. Multiple areas to gather (inside and out) and have fun. One bit of advice - make sure you bring your mosquito spray. The RPM staff were quick to respond to any issues.

Total Paradise!

We absolutely loved this house and never wanted to leave! The house is beautiful and the views from the backyard were stunning! It had everything you needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and had high end appliances! The pool was gorgeous and the beach right in front of the house was amazing! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it! My husband who’s an avid surfer was able to go on a 5-10 min walk over just to the left side of the property to find awesome waves to surf a few times a day and was in heaven! And RPM was above and beyond so helpful with all our needs and assisted us with all our activities and wants throughout our whole stay for 5 nights! They were the friendliest people and were very accommodating! Couldn’t rave enough about their customer service! We’ll definitely use them again and would love to stay in Casa Bandita again in a heartbeat! Hands down the best house we’ve ever rented anywhere in the world in all the places we’ve stayed in!

Fantastic Property

House was fantastic!!! Layout was great! The beds were awesome! The outdoor area was fabulous. Loved the pool. They even had floats and beach towels for us to use. The proximity of the beach was great- much closer than we thought. Lola from the rental agency was great to work with. She helped get all my questions answered and our excursions booked! Couldn’t have asked for anything to be any better! Would 100% recommend!!!!

Amazing property

We stayed a week at Casa Bendita and it was amazing. The property is just as described. The beach is beautiful and private. Their is no public parking for Playa Longosta so there are very few people. At high tide the water is a beautiful blue and at low tide you will see rock formations. RPM the management company was very helpful. I sent several emails and they responded quickly and answered all of my questions. Lola was especially helpful and scheduled our zip lining, golf, anytime we needed a taxi and information for what was needed due to Covid. Rent a golf cart, it was great to zip into town to eat, shop or go to Tamarindo beach. This place is great!!
