'The hotel is well located with a nice view on the marina. The stay was very pleasant apart from the check in. First of all, my partner called the hotel a day before to inquire about breakfast, asking if it is including or extra and the person on the phone was very rude and said they couldn't provide this information over the phone, before actually answering! 'We had an excellent stay at Paradise Country in the deluxe family eco tent! What a cool spot! The tents are fantastic, fit out with a great shower and heat pump, queen bed and king single bunk beds. Breakfast was fantastic - great spread of a buffet catering to everyone. A couple of things which weren’t 100% is that the top bunk wasn’t prepared when we arrived (had dirty sheets on them), however Cass at reception came straight away and apologised and fixed that!
