'I had booked this room for my father . When they reqched the hotel, the caretaker told him that no payment or booking had been received. After my dad showed the reciept and payment, the manager turned up about half an hour later . They told my father that a room wasn't available and asked my father for a 1000 Rs deposit for another room. My dad refused to pay any further sum, and informed them that if they did not arrange another room or refund the paid amount he would apporach the police . They...

'The overall property's ambience was good. Staffs were polite and very helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained very well. Food served was tasty and good. Can improve breakfast menu still. Kids friendly property.'
