'The place was great. Very clean. Lots of fun for the kids. We saw wildlife everywhere. The deer wondered the driveways. The just even offered additional time but unfortunately our schedule didn’t allow for it.'

'This was easily one of our most relaxing and enjoyable stays away from home. Great communication and information started the whole trip on the right foot. The place itself is beautiful, clean and really did have everything we needed and then some. The personal touches made the whole trip feel welcoming and fun. The beds were very comfortable so we all slept in our first day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals together and it was a treat to kick back in the early mornings with a...

'Beautiful property, clean, comfortable and accommodating hosts! Our family had a wonderful time.'

'My family stayed at the house for 3 days. Upon arrival at the house it's really spacious and we loved that it was quiet, however as we entered the home we noticed it was quite dusty and dirty, there were cobwebs as you entered the front door and the hot tub was really dirty. I called the host right away and they were very helpful and sent someone out to clean it within 1 hour. We then had to mop and sweep the livingroom, Kitchen and outdoor patio as soon as we arrived. Overall our experience was...

'The property had so many amenities and was very clean. It has a rustic feel throughout. The access to the lake and the use of the boats made everyday fun. The beach area is just 50 yds away and offers fun for kids and adults alike. The owners were in constant contact via email and were available at a moments notice to take care of any questions or concerns that may have come up. Wonderful time was had by all.'

'Our stay at Old Mallard was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The peaceful lakefront setting, private pool, hot tub, and outdoor space made it easy to unwind, while the game room and spacious layout kept everyone entertained. Jennifer and Jose were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. You can tell they truly care about providing a first-class experience. The...

'Our stay was not ideal and my interactions with the host were also not great. We stayed here a week after a snow storm and the driveway was not plowed nearly enough. We had 3 cars in the driveway and had to physically push them out because of how poorly the driveway was shoveled. It was 2 degrees out the day of our stay and when we got there the heat was OFF!! It was FREEZING inside and took the entire night to heat up. After leaving she accused my party of damaging her front door (which we did...
