Newly remodeled and fully fenced, family and dog friendly bungalow in Wesley Chapel on 1/2 acre. Open-plan layout with 3 bedrooms and modern amenities. Features a spacious screened porch with a ping pong table, hot tub, backyard hockey net, basketball hoop and putting green. Outdoor BBQ grill area, picnic table and front porch chairs. Ideal for a relaxing get away with family and friends.

Inside the bungalow boasts an open layout, with three comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Comfortable plush Leather couch and club chairs, we also have 2 bean bag chairs for the kids. There is a TV in the living room and the front bedroom. Both include basic cable and Roku for your streaming apps.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove and fridge freezer, providing guests with everything they need to cook up a storm. The appliances are modern and sleek, making it easy to prepare meals with ease and efficiency.
The kitchen is also stocked with all the necessary utensils and cookware that guests may require including a coffee maker, crock pot & blender, ensuring that they have everything they need to prepare and serve meals. The open plan layout of the kitchen provides a seamless flow of space, making it easy for guests to socialize and move about while preparing meals. Overall, the kitchen is a wonderful space for guests to enjoy, offering both style and functionality.

The bathroom features a sleek and modern white sink with matching mirror, providing a clean and sophisticated aesthetic. Cozy Home With a Large Yard

The home was adorable, with a big enough yard to entertain my dogs. I loved the front porch, where I could hang out. The back patio was nice, with fans, a sitting table, and a hot tub. I would recommend privacy fencing along the sides since a home is being built next to the property, and nearby neighbors have dogs. Communication with the host was excellent. I needed to extend my stay, and the host was very accommodating. There is a little bit of a gap between the drive gate and post; my one dog, Bear, who's a collie/ lab mix, was able to slip out once. There is a walk gate that separates the front yard from the driveway. Overall, a pleasant stay in a cozy home.

Everything was clean and easily accessable. Loved sitting out in the back porch area at night. The only negative was that the hot tub had too much chlorine in it, it made our eyes sting. After being at the beach or lagoon we really didn't have a need to use it anyway, so it didn't matter that much to us in the end.

Great weekend stay

What a nice cottage! It was very bright and clean. Mary was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend for a couple or a small family. We were there for a quick weekend, so we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but the hot tub was crystal clear and the grounds looked amazing. It was nice to have a quiet area to stay in such a busy area.

The host is excellent. We came down for a college graduation during a tropical storm. We had a small issue with the electricity/water due to the storm, and the host was accesible and communicative about the fix. We would definitely book again!

Florida fun!

The property and home were so awesome! Perfect for our family and within 10 min from our friends home. The owners were gracious in allowing our friends to come over to play, and all the kids had a blast with the outdoor games provided! The hot tub was a welcome reprieve at the end of the day! We had everything we needed in the home, beds were comfortable, and the house kept us cool in the hot Tampa weather!! We will definitely be back!

Clean and bright

Perfect place for our time in Wesley Chapel. Very clean, bright and cheerful. Great location for us. close to where we needed to be but still out of the mass of traffic. Loved the screened in porch and hot tub and had lots of fun playing ping pong. Beds were very comfortable.

Great stay!

The house was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself is a little small but the outdoor area more than makes up for that. The ping pong table was a hit. We didn't bring our dogs but the yard would have been perfect if we had. We didn't use the hot tub but it appeared to be very clean. Mary was awesome and very responsive. We will definitely stay here for the next hockey tournament.

Excellent Home - Will Book Again

This house is beautifully remodeled, impeccably clean and has fantastic amenities. The mattresses are memory foam, the shower has a great rainfall feature, the hot tub is well maintained, lots of towels, washer/dryer, everything was excellent. I had to change my dates for the trip and the host was perfectly accommodating and had great communication. This is the single best experience I’ve had with a home rental. I will definitely book again. If I had to make a change, the only thing I would do is make one of the beds king sized. Definitely not a show stopper. This house is a great find and I highly recommend.
