Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving each guest privacy and convenience. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling together.



Living space

The generous living area invites you to relax on the sofa, watch TV, or plan the day ahead. A dining table and a cozy breakfast nook flow seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a natural spot for meals and casual chats.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides all the essentials for simple meal preparation. You’ll find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware, plus a dining area where you can enjoy home‑cooked breakfasts or quick snacks.



Outdoor living

Step out to a small patio or balcony that seats two and includes a BBQ grill. It’s a pleasant spot for fresh air, a sunset drink, or a casual grill night after a day of exploring.



Community amenities

Shared amenities include a pool and additional outdoor facilities such as walking and biking trails, a basketball court, and common lounge areas. These spaces add variety to your stay without the need to travel far.



Work & everyday comforts

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or study. A washer and dryer are available for easy laundry, and climate control with air conditioning and heating keeps the interior comfortable year‑round.



Location

Located on the second floor of a quiet Lutz neighborhood, the unit is a short drive from the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, nearby parks, and other popular Tampa‑area attractions. Major roads provide easy access to dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation.



Practical details

The property is pet‑friendly and offers free on‑site parking. Self check‑in with a smart lock lets you arrive on your own schedule. This space balances comfort, practicality, and a relaxed Florida setting, making it perfect for families, small groups, or longer visits.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
