The building and building concierge was great. The condo was wonderful. Lots of restaurants nearby and we felt safe walking. We would have walked the approximate mile to the arena for a hockey game but the colder weather forced us to get a ride. The only negative would be that this unit is near the elevator. Not extremely loud but could be heard at night. Some white noise at night solved that problem for us.

This was an exceptional experience! The condominium is situated in the vibrant downtown area, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. Conveniently located, it also features a secure parking garage, ensuring the safety of your vehicle, especially if you own an exotic car. The furniture and decor are up-to-date, and all the necessary supplies are present. Most importantly, the host seemed very welcoming and respectful of your business. They don’t make you jump through hoops like other units in the area. I will be returning whenever in Tampa area!!

The building itself is fantastic and a great location within walking distance to lots of entertainment and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

My friends and I had a great stay in downtown Tampa! The building and its amenities were great and the location was pretty central to most things we wanted to do! I liked they we could access the Riverwalk just a few blocks down, as well as plenty of great food options and coffee spots within walk-in distance. The apt was clean when we arrived and had a wonderful view of the city! Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area!

We loved the property and had a great stay, we were in a perfect spot for restaurants, bars, and fun shops. We’d definitely book again. The gym was never packed, Starbucks right beside the building, and the pool was tons of fun.

Perfect location to Sparkman's Wharf and Downtowns up and coming Water Street

Perfect location! Walking distance to downtown Water Street and Sparkmans wharf, etc. We were able to walk every night to most places that we were going, a short walk to Sparkmans Wharf and easy walk to all the best restaurants and a few bars on Water Street. There is a cute coffee shop "Victory Coffee" right around the corner and at the end of the street there is a cute outdoor bar with some other restaurants and a gelato/coffee shop (they had the best gelato) The apartment is lovely. Very clean, fully equipped, Pool was never crowded and although we were in the middle of everything, it never got loud. Our host was quick to respond and even checked in with us a few times to ensure we were enjoying our stay. There was a bit of a mix up on parking and our host immediately took care of it. We will definitely be booking this property again. We come into Tampa a few times a year to visit family and this will be at the top of our list to book when we do come in.
