• Restaurants: Tropics Restaurant will be closed from March 13th to July 7th. Don't worry, though! Dempsey 2 and our Poolside Café will be open to satisfy your culinary cravings.
• Pool: Super Pool will be undergoing a tropical renovation and will be closed from April 21 until October 2025. Our second guest pool, the Serenity Pool will be opened with pool sidebar, entertainment and Food and Beverages.
• Golf: While courses are under renovation until Fall of 2025, a nine-hole course will remain open.
• Guest Rooms: Due to the unique layout of the resort, guests experience in their accommodation will not be affected, since the renovation will be isolated to non-occupied areas only. Room renovation is schedule to be completed November 2025.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• A hold of $100 per night of stay up to 5 nights + any remaining balance will be placed on the guest's card. This can be used towards damage to the room, if applicable.
• Parking: $30/night valet charge. Shuttle golf carts upon request.
