Private Pool Home in a safe, family neighborhood. Enjoy some relaxing time in the large private pool lanai while your dog enjoys the fenced back yard. ** The pool is not heated.**

Prepare meals for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, or catch a game on the 70" smart TV. Spoil yourself with the KING pillowtop bed in the master. The whole family will enjoy this place to work or play as the Wi-Fi is 400 Mbps and 3 desks are furnished for your convenience.

You will find everything here you would expect at home plus beach chairs, grill, cooler and umbrella, washer and dryer in the garage, plenty of cooking tools and small appliances in the kitchen. I am a detail person and think of the "little things" that make your stay convenient and comfortable. Some consumables are provided like paper plates, paper towels, laundry supplies, shampoo, basic spices and condiments etc.......

Great Stay

Enjoyed the pool. Lights at night around pool added a special touch as well as the changing colors of the water. (My wife enjoys "ambiance!") Comfortable house set-up and great, safe neighborhood to walk our dog. Kitchen has all you need to cook with. (Good condition pots and pans...thank you for that) No problems and owner checked in with us to make sure "all was well."

Family visit

This was a perfect spot for our family visit. The home had everything we needed. It was easy to access the major roads into Tampa. The mattresses are soft but supportive, very comfortable. The layout of the house allows for everyone to spread out a little bit, but also enough space to gather around a table to play games. We really don’t use the pool but it looked nice.

This is a nice property and the owner went above and beyond. The sofa was broken and within 24 hours she had a new sofa in place. She was so helpful with locations of events for us. The property was clean and comfortable. There was 6 adults. The patio area was or favorite place to hang out.

This property was in a great location. In a quiet culdesac with an in ground pool and a nice covered patio. It had all the amenities you could ever want. Tammy was the best host i ever dealt with. Relaxing vacation home

Tammy was an amazing hostess and made sure everything was just right. The home itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a week stay. We are in most meals to save money and we had plenty of cookware. The screened in pool made it easy to go outside without having to fight the bugs. It was very nice to spend our vacation in this house. We immediately felt at home. The neighborhood was also very nice and the ride to Clearwater Beach was also wonderful. The house is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful home, with all the amenities anyone could need.
