Aardig hotel, buurt wat minder
Grote kamer maar in de buurt is niet heel veel te doen. De riverwalk is wel dichtbij. Ontbijt was redelijk.

Ontzettend leuk hotel in het centrum van Tampa
Hotel midden in stadscentrum, loop afstand van Tampa bay , riverwalk en historisch centrum van de stad. In de buurt van hotel zijn er veel gevarieerd restaurants waar je heerlijk kan eten Tampa is een prachtige stad

Informatievoorziening en properheid.
De dienstdoende receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk en gaf weinig duidelijke informatie over de faciliteiten, zoals o.a. verstrekking van koffie, thee en ijsblokjes. Ook was het transfer niet erg duidelijk! De kamer was niet helemaal proper. Op roosters zat een lag stof. Niet van een dag! Weggooi servies bij het ontbijt, heeft niet onze voorkeur.

2 bedroom setup is perfect for mult family members traveling together. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms makes it easy. Location close to Curtis Hixon park for food and wine fest.

Rooms nice and staff ALL wonderful. The front of the building was LOUD all night, that wasn’t ideal. Two blocks to the River Walk and around the block from good coffee and outdoor dining.

The front staff were super friendly, the place is clean and smells good. The halls are a little noisy but it’s a hotel. I recommend this place and will stay here again

My first night, the night club across the street kept me awake past 1am. I requested and received a new room the next morning. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to RiverWalk and the Tampa Rowing boathouse.

Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the room service was horrible. The Room was not serviced as scheduled until we complained (other guests also complained about the lack service). Towels provided were not enough and there were no sheets in the room for the sofa sleeper. And one of the elevators was out of service.

Noisy but clean and comfortable
Great staff, comfortable room, pool okay, but hotel location is noisy. Room on street side, traffic all night. Many vehicles here have noisy exhausts and they let everyone know it, all night long.

As you know that out location is in the middle of the city, and we cannot control the noise coming outside the building. However, if ever you visit us again in the future. Falha muito grande para a rede
Uso com frequência esse rede porém foi decepcionante o café da manhã que constava incluso na estadia,sem reposições e simplesmente um dia praticamente não tinha nada pq segundo informação passada foi que o caminhão de entrega não veio e não tinham nada para servir…tal fato aconteceu em período de alta ocupação 28 de dezembro.

The guest services rep was very friendly and welcoming. The room was ok, but needs updating. The toilet would not flush properly and actually overflowed a few times. I would have to say that the worst part was the noise. The A/C unit was extremely loud. The shower head was continuously dripping onto the faucet below causing an annoying sound that we couldn’t stop. The noise from the traffic was almost unbearable. Very loud cars racing down the street at all hours of the night, made it very difficult to sleep. I understand that the hotel staff cannot control the traffic, but if you are a light sleeper, this is something you need to be aware of before booking. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t complain, but will probably choose a different place next time.

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only downside was the uncomfortable sofa bed, which I don't think is suitable for sleeping. The parking was convenient as it was right in front of the building.

The parking was close and easy to access for an extra $25 a day .(What happened to free parking?) The free breakfast was plentiful and provided something for everyone. Our room was very nice but the bathroom needed updating. Overall, I would stay there again.

Every one I spoke to at the front counter was very pleasant, professional and helpful. You could tell that the rooms were a tired and about ready for a refresh, but the the room I was in was pretty clean so I really can't complain. Would I stay again? Yes.
