This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin size bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 5 vehicles available. Street parking is also available.

• This home and its’ sister unit, Terrace Park Cozy Retreat, are part of a composite unit, you may see other guests coming and going on the property during your stay. The combined unit, Terrace Park Retreat, is available to rent separately, larger parties are encouraged to rent the combine unit.

• This entire property has six (6) external security cameras;

o Two (2) cameras located at and actively monitoring each of the front doors,

o And four (4) cameras located at each corner of the home and actively monitoring the driveway, the front of the house, the backyard, and the side of the house.

• Please note that both front doors are equipped with safety sensors that beep when opened, providing an added layer of security for families with small children. The door sensor can be easily turned on or off using the toggle switch located directly on the device.

• Long-term stays allowed.
