Check-in time is an hour too late, and the check-out time is an hour too early. They would not accommodate my requests to change either. Other than that, this unit was clean and homely. Sits in a great area for walking.

Sehr schöne Wohnungen im Altbau. Tolle Wohngegend. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider aber sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn über uns haben nachts die Waschmaschine und den Trockner laufen lassen. Das hört man leider deutlich. Ansonsten nettes Shoppingviertel fußläufig erreichbar. Für Erkundungen rund um Tampa sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden wiederkommen.

A place that checks all the boxes
The location was phenomenal and nothing but positive things to say from the setup. Communication was great and well in advance of arrival. The rental provided everything I needed for my stay. But most importantly, this was the perfect location with access to Downtown, Bayshore, Hyde Park, SoHo, etc. For my next Tampa visit, this will be the first place I look for availability!

Tiny bathroom
The building and apartment are beautifully maintained, probably one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It also has every amenity one could need. However, we were both puzzled and disappointed by the layout. The apartment itself is very spacious but the bathroom is tiny, barely enough room to turn around in and no place to put anything down. As well, it is so small it’s impossible to take a shower without the floor getting soaked. The apartment we were in was next to the building a/c units which cycled on and off all night, not conducive for a good night’s sleep.

This place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable. Managers are attentive and helpful. Instructions we clear. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Tampa.

A refreshing alternative to chain hotels
Great location, walking distance to Hyde Park Village. The units are spacious and spotless. The kitchen, bath and laundry are well equipped. Rates are less than chain hotels downtown. A great value!

Great place to stay
I was visiting Tampa on business, but I felt right at home. The place is more spacious than a hotel room, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again if I were in town.
