- KEYS: Please return the keys back into the lockbox and lock it prior to your departure in order to avoid penalty fees that may apply for stolen property.

- NO SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside this property or anywhere on the property grounds. All reservations are subject to being charged a $1000 smoking fine if you or your guests choose to smoke on or inside the property.

- LAUNDRY: This home has 1 washer and 1 dryer.

- TRASH DAYS: Trash pick up is on Tuesdays & Fridays. Recycling & Yard Waste is picked up on Fridays. Trash cans are located on the side of the home.

- POOLS: This home features a swimming pool. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays.
