A multi-week stay in Christine's condo was the perfect way to begin 2026, and escape northern cold! But months before my arrival, I was sure I had made a great selection - Christine's responses to my questions via VRBO messages were made very quickly. She clearly communicated all the information I needed, from payments to parking.Once on-site, it was obvious there was ample parking spaces. Once inside the condo, by entering with a keypad code, it was clear I had plenty of room to relax, do some office-type work, and enjoy the view. The balcony for the second-floor unit was one of my favourite spots. A couple of hundred yards to the right was Tampa Bay. Straight ahead were those daily gorgeous sunsets.The location was of the unit/building was great. It was literally across a small pathway from the Hooks restaurant, and a very short walk over to the Sunset Bar & Grill. I also spent a lot of afternoon time at the outdoor pool, also barely a two-minute stroll from my unit.I don't cook gourmet meals, and I was travelling solo. Perhaps with kids in tow, and if I wanted to spend a lot of time cooking, the smallish kitchen area would have been a challenge. But for my needs, it was fine.The bathroom was a good size, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire unit was very clean. And, so quiet. I've never before stayed in a condo and resort area that was this quiet and peaceful. Overall the condo contributed to a very memorable January!

This property is in a Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to fishing pier, pool, and 2 restaurant. The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the rental. There was trash left in the kitchen and bathroom, there was also a coffee pod left in the coffee machine. The bathroom was very dirty I stepped on the rug and it was full of dirt the shower curtain is full of soap scum and mold. The tiles of the shower still had hair and black stuff stuck to it and the soap dispensers had brown stuff caked on where the soap is supposed to come out of. I will say that I did tell the host about the trash and she was very apologetic I honestly don't think the host knows that the cleaners are just not doing a good job. My family and I enjoyed our stay even with the extra mess.

The property was everything it advertised. Location was good.Furnishings were also good. The fishing pier was an exceptional addition. The only negative we have is the lighting is insufficient. The condo is on the dark side of the building so some additional lighting, maybe strip lights in the ceiling would be very helpful.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed this peaceful retreat while in town for Pittsburgh Pirates spring training. It’s a couple miles off of the main road so very little traffic, no noise and tons of amenities in the community.

Property NOT in good condition to be enjoyed

If you’re looking for a clean, nice and comfortable room to stay for your vacation then this will disappoint you. The hall way had a strong smell of mold. The room has strong air fresheners to cover up some unpleasant odors. The furnitures look old. The linens of bed are of low quality. The bathroom is very humid. The “white” towels might have been used for many years, even had yellow spots on them! Overall, the cleanness and comfortable level you get only compares to a cheap motel. Although there are some amenities the resort provides——private beach, two restaurants….—which are nice, the room itself really disappoints.
