It was very comfortable to have a person who is always there for you when you need sth or have questions. Malith was great and we loved him very much. He was always nice and professional. 'There is not much to do in the direct surroundings of the hotel and therefore you must always take a taxi or tuctuc.. food is excellent, although the waiting time is relatively long. We had a room without sea/pool view big we didn't expect to be overlooking the trashbins.. Staff is very eager to help, would be better if they would be a little more in the background. Everytime we came down three or four staffmembers would come up to ask about your day, if you wanted to dine, if you wanted any...
