'There is not much to do in the direct surroundings of the hotel and therefore you must always take a taxi or tuctuc.. food is excellent, although the waiting time is relatively long. We had a room without sea/pool view big we didn't expect to be overlooking the trashbins.. Staff is very eager to help, would be better if they would be a little more in the background. 'Wonderful setting. We stayed in 'Pepper Cottage' and felt like we were in the jungle - but in a safe way. Best massages we had in Sri Lanka. Also the best breakfast - it was just so beautifully prepared. Location is set back off a main road - which you cannot hear - but this meant it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.'
