Perfecte locatie
Is de perfecte locatie ( 1trap verwijderd van Corso Umberto).Vervelend was echter dat bij aankomst (13.30) de kamer nog niet beschikbaar was. Uiteraard hebben hun een punt dat de check in pas om 15:00 mogelijk is maar als je je wilt profileren als een 5* mag je best wat moeite doen om uw klant tegemoet te komen... Service is moeilijk te beoordelen gezien er specifieke richtlijnen van kracht zijn ( C-19) doch het aanbod consumables ( tandenborstel- vanity set ,..) was teleurstellend. Verder lijkt het me aangewezen om extra personeel te voorzien bij het ontbijt aangezien er geen buffet wordt aangeboden wordt (C-19) en dit de wachttijden zal beperken.

We are glad you have appreciated our central position. About the check in: yes there's a check in time but when, at the Guests' arrival, the room is ready, we give them the key without hesitation. There's a check out time too, 12:00; so to prepare a room for a new Guest we have to wait that the previous one leaves, and then we can clean and sanitize it. If in the hotel there is a great affluence, as during your stay, it's not so easy to give you the chance of an early check in. To face this particular period, and in compliance with the legal regulations that have been approved during the Covid-19 situation, NH has created a set of measures, certified by security experts that we have implemented in all our hotels to ensure your security as well as our staff's. That's why breakfast is served, some of the amenities (as dental kit), products in our mini bar, or services have to be requested through our Mobile Guest Service, as we explained you during the check in. All these procedures have been made so that you can continue to enjoy your stay, without any worries. We hope to welcome you back once more to make you live an Extraordinary stay. Best service and breakfast. Would book again!
Perfect stay in Taormina! Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They found out it was my birthday and brought me a birthday cake for breakfast- so sweet of them! The rest of the breakfast was the best I have had in all of Italy/anywhere. It’s a very central location, close to all the restaurants and sights. We parked at the bottom at one of the main parking lots, so it’s a bit of a climb to the hotel, but it’s also possible to park there (subject to availability).

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. It was expensive and definitely not worth the money. I had reached out to the hotel in advance of our stay and upon check in they did not have the right room and caused us to get a 2nd room. There was a bug in our bed and mold in the shower. The manager was rude and not accommodating. I am a frequent traveler and was very disappointed at how expensive this room was and the terrible, terrible customer service!

Bathroom flooding!
Where to begin. The hotel is ideally located in Taormina. The staff is friendly and helpful. In particular, Sarah, in guest relations was incredibly helpful. This individual was exceptional. The hotel itself is very clean. The lobby is comfortable and accommodating. Had it not been for the particular problem that I am about to explain I would give this hotel five stars. Now for the problem. we were assigned a room that was apparently designed for handicapped individuals. This room had a shower which flooded the bathroom on every use. In order to take a shower we were required to roll up towels and dam up the doors to the shower so that we could keep the water in check. I have photographs of this problem and have added them to this review. Simply unbelievable! Little or no effort was made to resolve this issue or change our accommodations. So, the moral of the story is, do not let them book you into a handicapped accessible room because of the bathroom flooding problem. The rest of the room was fine. The view of the ocean and the town were outstanding. This could have been a great stay had it not been for the bathroom problem. Every time we took a shower, we had to go through an extensive process to keep the water from flooding the bathroom.

Central location. Amazing staff and room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating with vehicle parking and restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. Property and people are too notch. Service is unbeatable. The spa is out of site and Federica is by far the best masseuse and gives a facial that’s magic! We’ve stayed here twice and will be back.

Excellent location, easy to drive to, you can leave the front of the hotel and are very close to the main strip, where there are many restaurants, shops and in walking distance to ancient theater, such a. Lovely staff, great Spa, and our room had a great view with a French balcony.
