'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'Wonderfully remote and quiet. Great view from the room and the observation deck. Saw a Mama Bear and 3 cubs and two other bears down on the golf course! Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Bathroom could use better lighting over the sink. '

'This was my first glamping experience, haven't camped in decades. Brian was the perfect host, the mini-cabin was a great experience. The location is so peaceful, loved that the water provided all the sound needed to enjoy this "off grid" cabin. I'll be back, so much beauty to enjoy, didn't even mention what a great value Diamond stone is!!!'
