BIG Ocean View/Nice Pool -Relax on Top of the Mountain & in the Middle of Nature

Vacation home with incredible views of the Peninsula and the Gulf of Nicoya, unforgettable sunsets, incredible views of the virgin forest, you can hear the “Jacó-Falls” within a short distance. Good Life, Nature and Tranquility for the peace of mind just minutes from the tourist center of Jacó and many other beaches! All the comforts will allow you to feel at home in the middle of the mountain.

The house is located on the edge of the tropical forest, overlooking the treetops, so you can observe from the terrace many wild species such as toucans, macaws, iguanas, monkeys, coatis, butterflies, etc.

the house is on top of the mountain behind Jacó. The ideal would be to travel in your own car, although we can help to find local transport. The main access road from Villalapas is mainly paved, the connection/ short cut to Jaco is by gravel road, 6 miles, specially for that road we recommend 4WD or 4x4 for your comfort. The garage with electric gate is for two cars.

All bed rooms have king beds, A/C, black out curtains and their private bathroom, the master has additionally a TV, the common areas have ceiling and other fans. Linen and towels are provided. The whole house has insect screens, due to its position at the edge of the jungle (so you can open up windows and crystal doors), there may be insects or other small animals on the outside, particularly in the rainy season.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including cooking basics, on the terrace there is a small gas grill.

There are two restaurants at approximately half a mile. One is called Rancho Shadday with doña Marta. She does express service to the house. She cooks with fire wood and her place itself is really nice, open 8am to 7pm.
The other one is called el Tajo right in front of doña Marta´s restaurant.

In the area you can find some of the highest waterfalls in the country.
Jacó-Beach (city beach) at 6 miles/20 minutes (bigger supermarkets & banks etc)
Village of Bijagual at 2.5 miles for small shopping/ farmer´s market on Thursdays (Costa Rica like in the old times!)

The area is crime free!
Cameras are only filming house surroundings.

Internet: fiber optic 50+mbps
Tap water is drinking water.

recommended tours: boat tour for bird & crocodile watching, mangroves or party on Tortuga-Island, ziplines, ATV or horse back to the waterfalls, National Parks or beaching etc. etc. or just hang on the porch at the pool.
