Las Gaviotas 9A can be rented independently from approximately September 15 to June 15 of the following year. However, from June 15 to September 15—during the summer season—the entire house must be rented, including apartments 9A and 9B.

LAS GAVIOTAS is very well located in the town of Tarifa, a five-minute walk from the beach or a one-minute drive. Easy parking right at the door. It’s also just a three-minute walk from the old town and a two-minute walk to the shops, restaurants, and other amenities on the main street, Batalla del Salado.

The property includes two parking spaces in the price—one for each apartment—located on the same street, just 50 meters from the apartment, during the months of June through September.

The GAVIOTAS 9A apartment has a separate entrance. It features a spacious entryway, perfect for storing kiteboarding, windsurfing, and bicycle gear, etc. The apartment is accessed via a modern staircase with a glass railing that leads to the upper floor, where there are two fully equipped double bedrooms—both very spacious and bright. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Full bathroom with two sinks, a shower, etc.

The living room opens onto the kitchen and features an area with a double sofa bed, a built-in closet, a TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Spacious and bright kitchen with a dining table and six stools. Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. On the upper floor, there is also a “chill-out” terrace with wooden decking and an L-shaped wooden bench, complete with cushions and decorative plants, where you can lie down to sunbathe, sit back and relax, or even have dinner or a drink, day or night. The terrace also features an outdoor shower and spectacular lighting at night.
