'An absolutely incredible place to stay, with gorgeous river views and even a lake. We stayed in a barrel which was so comfortable, I really did not want to get out of bed! The owner and others on the farm are kind, warming and helpful, and are clearly working hard to build an amazing space. I just wish I could have stayed longer!'

'Dit huisje ligt op een park waar veel huisjes kriskras geplaatst zijn. Ons huisje lag verscholen tussen bossages en we konden het in eerste instantie dan ook niet vinden. De locatie en het klimaat zorgden er misschien voor dat het bij eerste binnenkomst wat muf rook. Maar het was verder helemaal spic&span! 'Fabulous house with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. The little ones loved the slide and all of the wonderful toys. The family enjoyed the games room and cinema room. A really spacious house and the hosts were fantastic. We could not recommend highly enough. Thank you. '

'We really enjoyed our stay in Geoff’s place. Ample space and all the facilities you expect from a holiday home. The only thing that would be a nice to have are some comfort seats for outside. But since we didn’t get 5* weather, we didn’t miss that too much (and indoor seating is very much ok). The house has a combination of old charm with modern elements. 'Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend '

'We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday.'

"De kamers lagen in bijgebouwen t.o.v. de pub/restaurant, dit maakt het direct wat rustiger in de omgeving. De douche was goed. De kamer zelf was ruim en het derde bed was ook een boxspring i.p.v. een bijzetbed of een slaapbank wat wij gewend zijn. Dit is echt prettig voor een verblijf van een week. De ligging naast de rivier is prachtig. Wel verwarrend was dat wij dachten dat het hotel in Tiverton zelf lag en niet in een klein plaatsje (Bickley) ernaast, maar als je met eigen auto gaat is dit geen probleem."
