We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed our spacious room and quiet surroundings ... you might hear a cow occasionally 'mooing' but that's part of the country side ambiance of One Burgess Hill.'

'Where do I start? From our first contact with Iliya, everything just kept getting better. Wonderful hosts, spectacularly amazing house with unique architecture! The space itself is lovely, warm and really feels comfortable for everyone from our 3 year old to the older adults! We loved that there is a dedicated prayer room on the top floor… the beautiful windows revealing the surrounds, including Mount Taranaki made the space perfect for contemplation. 'Lovely locale at the foot of Mt. Taranaki with heaps of hiking tracks nearby. Local host and landowner Jarene couldn't have been a more hospitable and gracious host.'

'Lovely host, very communicative. Had everything we needed and was a nice location by the ocean. The bach itself however was quite run down and had a lot of mold in the bathroom and a lot of flies. It felt like the host was living there and just left before we arrived. Alot of there stuff was still in the bach which was a bit awkward as we didn’t have any room to put our clothes etc. It didn’t feel very clean.'

'We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and listen to the sounds of the surf and birds. Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. 'We loved our 4 days in Hurford. The place was small but comfortable and set in the most amazing beautiful garden! It was a good base to explore the area, great hiking in the Kataki range, lovely beach at Oakura. Only 20 mins from the Bowl of Brooklands where went to a concert. Highly recommend '

'Net hotel, vriendelijk en service gericht personeel. Gym met 4 apparaten is veel te klein. Sauna aanwezig. Shuttle bus naar vliegveld voor redelijke prijs. Meer hotel voor stellen en zakelijke reizigers.'

'Great views. Bach in fairly good condition. Some small maintenance jobs could be carried out. Would like the heat pump/ AC to be working in Winter/Summer too. Extra outdoor chair would be good. Some pots had to be washed before we could use them. Comfortable stay mostly although the single beds weren't great. Would stay again. '
