Service pierwsza klasa, upewnianie się przez obsługę, czy czegoś potrzebujemy albo czy wszystko jest w porządku regularnie. Bardzo czysty i cieplutki pokój. Wygodne łóżka. Pościel bardzo cosy. Śniadanko przepyszne. Atmosfera i dekoracja hotelu bardzo domowa i bardzo klasyczna, świetna kolekcja eksponatów. '

'Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

'We got the information that check in was possible until 22.00. When we got there it was all dark and locked up. No one answered the phone on the number on Hotels.
