'The staff on arrival were very pleasant, however we had requested 2 beds and they split the current bed but seemed to use the very large sheets so that you almost tripped over them. The beds were very narrow. No lounge chair to sit and watch TV The first day we were there they came and only made 1 bed, did not remove the rubbish or vacuum. the next day they arrived at 11. 55, I asked them to come back in half an hour (we were going out to lunch) and was told they were finishing soon. This was...

'Very beautiful and practical location. The room was spotless clean and very specious. The 24h frontdesk was always happy to help you with any questions. Would definitely visit here again!'

'Positive:clean comfy bed. Negative: room outdated, door to bathroom partially blocked by bed three, could hear voices and footsteps of neighbours, as well as toilets and showers. OK for some, not for me. '

'Basic room but comfortable'

'Typical motel for a nice no-nonsense stay. We had an executive suite which was clean and had all usual facilities. Good, fast, free internet. These suites are quite spacious and even have a bubble bath! Plus a small balcony to enjoy the evening sun... We enjoyed our stay.'

'Will stay again. Hot tub was fantastic'

'Really enjoyed the thermal pools and loved the peaceful atmosphere'

'Easy, efficient '

'Good and quiet location. Parking in front of your room. The room had a spa but no instructions on how to work it. I couldn't use the 'bubbles' and the bath then didn't drain completely. Not a big thing, I had a good stay.'

'I like the view on the lake. It was very clean. Staff was very gentle. Free wasmachine. Towel change every day. Free shampoo and body soap. '

'What a wonderful place! Owners did a great job on the interior design. Although the appartment was a bit dated, everything was so clean and well maintained. It's clear that the owners really care about their guests. Definitely recommend!'

'Great location right on the lake'

'Friendly people, very good and clean bed, clean shower. Just discovered a tiny bit of dust in the corners and I would have done a new carpet. Absolutely a good stay, close to the vibrant city of Taupō. '

'Prima kamers, mooie ruime keuken met fijne zitplekken vooral buiten! Fijne chill tuin.
